I would just like to commend the staff at your Mississauga Argentia location. My first visit to a Interior Solution store was on June 3, 2017 and I was extremely pleased with the staff. I was welcomed and offered assistance as soon as I walked in, my inquiry for a outdoor patio set as shown on your website was handled quickly, pleasantly and with ease. They advertised on Facebook 6 chairs and dining table for 495.00. Went went there and choose a different combination and the price he quoted was 450.00 we paid for that waited for delivery. Yesterday we got the delivery i was not at home when came home I noticed they delivered only 4 chairs instead of 6 chairs. I called there office and inquired the reason the person said you paid 4 chairs only. I said I never said I want 4 chairs all display table got six chairs and its understood we will get 6 chairs. But they person on phone was arrogant instead of apologizing there mistake he said to take back the order. We have already disposed off our old dinning table. I kind of cheating is not a good practice instead of admitting his mistake he asked me to pay extra for two. I offered him to pay the they advertised on Facebook, but refused, and arrogantly said we will take the stuff back. Well, I would not recommend anyone buy from them . If they are selling something on reasonable price it does mean to cheat the people. I trusted them and assumed whatever they displayed I will get that, and even did not look the invoice or email. They are penalizing me for that and cheated me with 2 chairs. .....

I ordered an item online and when I arrived to pick it up the guy working there had no clue what I was talking about. I showed him my confirmation and purchase details and he still had no clue until I described it. Then he realized it was the item he was using for himself while he works. Don't waste your time like I did.
