I tried contacting the designers on several occasions over the course of a week for an urgent consultation regarding a house purchase and project with Hibou design. I was blocked every time by administrative assistants and secretaries from speaking with one of the designers. I left multiple messages with each designer and was never contacted. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how unresponsive and hard to reach they are once they’ve signed a contract. I would never recommend these designers to anyone.

From A to Z, we had a wonderful, collaborative experience with the Hibou Design team. Not only are they talented, professional, and prompt - they are also warm, attentive and caring. They took time to know the "feel" we were going for and came up with some different concepts that were so good, it was hard to choose which one we liked best! (of course they helped with that too) Using their expertise, they took the lead on our multi-room project and made adjustments based on our feedback so that the design really reflected our personalities. We love our home and get tons of compliments on it. I can't recommend this company enough! If you need interior designers, CALL THEM!!! A big shout out to Korina and Melinda, who were our primary points of contact for the project xx

Working with Hibou design was the best first step my husband and I could make in realizing the renovations of our dreams. Eugenia was extremely innovative, knowledgeable and professional. What can I say about Eugenia and the Hibou design Team? They are quite simply the best at what they do! I had worked with Eugenia before and had an amazing experience, so when we were looking to leave the suburbs and move into a downtown condo, I knew I couldn’t do it without her help. I couldn’t imagine taking up the challenges of selling a home, packing, moving and then working on a new place, while going on with the daily routine. Several months prior to the delivery of our new place, we went over the plans and made changes that improved the layout and flow of the space, from room divisions, to closets, tiles, floors, cabinets mat or gloss? You get the picture…… She then helped with suggesting little improvements and staging of our existing home for sale. It worked and it sold in record time with multiple offers. Eugenia knew exactly what we wanted…. She listens to every little detail and it showed in presentation and of course the final product. Everything she sourced was uniquely beautiful from furniture fabrics, wallpaper, bed linens, carpets, artwork and everything else you could imagine that goes into completing a home. They took care of all the trades, the deliveries and installations, I mean everything! I had to swear that I wouldn’t take a peek until everything was completed. The day came for the reveal… I was nervous and anxious but excited. I entered, opened my eyes and couldn’t believe that this was my home, I was overcome with emotion. I was familiar with every piece of furniture and fabric in there, but to see it all come together was mind blowing. It’s been a couple of months since that date. So much has changed, we now live in a crazy world with so much uncertainty. You then realize that above all, health, family and your home are the most precious. Eugenia created a beautiful and welcoming home for us. She created our sanctuary… our little oasis. Eugenia, we thank you and the ladies for everything, you’re wonderful to work with, love your positive energy and for always being calm and reassuring.
