Cecily listened and took time to understand our tastes and style and how we wanted to change the space to be more functional for our family. The proposed design and solutions offered were more than we could have hoped for! Woolrich made the process easy and seamless. We had high standards for quality and Woolrich didn’t disappoint – any minor deficiency was corrected immediately without hassle. And best of all, the renovation was completed on-time in 10 weeks. We never felt like we were just another customer to Cecily and Bruce - we always felt they were deeply invested in ensuring we were completely happy with the finished project. We met with a few contractors but decided to go with Woolrich because we liked that they took the time to really listen to what we wanted, as well as understand what we weren’t sure about. We were impressed that they didn't come across as salespeople - they were down to earth and easy to talk to. Cecily, Bruce. and Kelsey were amazing to work with. They were knowledgable, had a lot of different ideas and were able to switch gears when we wanted to go different directions. The customer service is 2nd to none! The work they accomplished was exceptional and we were so proud to show-case our house not just to our family and friends but on social media. We had our whole house renovated - upstairs and downstairs - we rented a house while they worked on our house and within 4 months, we were back in our newly renovated house for Christmas! We were looking for a company to develop our basement. We gathered 4 quotes, and we chose Woolrich Group. With any major construction project, you are likely to face hiccups, and with this team in place, those interruptions were minimal, handled swiftly and professionally, and most importantly, we ended up with the basement of our dreams on time and UNDER budget. It can be a stressful time doing renovations but this was far less stressful than I imagined it would be, and even more fun! Woolrich was responsive to our needs and we are very pleased with how the space turned out. We have a beautiful high quality basement now. The contractors were great also. We purchased an older townhouse in need of a total rejuvenation of the space. kitchen, bathroom, flooring and ceiling all needed replacing along with a fresh coat of paint. Living out of the province, we needed someone to attend to the complete details of the renovation in our absence in a short time without delay. We were very glad to have our realtor’s referrals to several potential renovators. After discussing the project with three of the referrals, it was refreshing to discover the attentiveness and energetic enthusiasm of The Woolrich Group. The day after closing on the home, we met with Cecily and Lucy at the property for a brainstorm session to begin to create a super new space based on our design ideas. A small space but no small task to take the worn out townhouse interior apart and put it together as new. It took one more meeting over coffee with Cecily to estimate a working budget including time spent choosing flooring, fixtures and paint and the plan was in motion. We were kept informed in a timely manner receiving regular progress updates and photos as the work was being completed. Even with a change of kitchen plans the work schedule was on time and in budget. There were two issues to fix and they were quickly taken care of after move in. Our tired out townhouse is like a brand new house, it is now a welcoming, fresh, modern, beautiful space. The Woolrich Group is certainly a professional renovation company with experienced and truly dedicated people to take care of every detail. We’re very happy with their services and would love to work with them again on a future project. Woolrich group completed our renovations to our main floor, kitchen, and our 3 bathrooms. They took care of everything right from the design aspect to coordinating all of the contractors. Bruce was the project manager and did a great job of making sure everything was done in a timely manner. He was always available for any questions I had. Kelsey has a great eye for design and being able to match everything from paint color to tile to flooring. Cecily had the vision and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted in our home without going beyond our budget. The flow of the kitchen is now "family friendly" and modern. I love entertaining in it and having family gatherings. The bathrooms are up to date with clean lines and the ensuite seems bigger! The main floor is now my favorite place to hang out and relax. It is more economical for us to renovate a little bit at a time and Woolrich Group has been gracious to cater to our needs.
