I had the opportunity and more importantly the absolute honour to work under the direction and leadership of Truspace regarding the installation and integration of security platforms for a large national social media company here in Winnipeg, MB. I was first introduced to the Truspace team back in April 2020 when the above mentioned social media company was investigating consolidating and relocating executive operations into a prominent Commercial real estate location here in Winnipeg. From the initial design stage through to the final completion (March 2021) I found Truspace’s employees to be extremely friendly, professional, and accountable. I would like to personally highlight specific individuals within Truspace who I think went well beyond their job functions to ensure the project was completed on budget, on time, and with minimal disruption. Special note to Sam Ranjbar in Construction Estimating for the transparency and openness to bounce different ideas of regarding the design of the project. Steven Luft for the project liaison between Truspace, various trades, Landlord, and end user. Cheryl Collins for her exceptional organizational abilities to keep the various trades, landlord, and end user in constant communication as the project was under construction. Finally Maurizio Fasan for bringing his amazing project management skill set (as well as temporary relocating to Winnipeg during the construction) to ensure that all potential disruptions or delays were minimized and all project milestones were achieved in a prompt and proficient manner. The entire Truspace team brought a refreshing style to the construction industry which I feel has been sorely lacking for the last few years. I would highly recommend Truspace to any client who is looking for design, construction, and/or project management services. Cold-calling is hardly a method of business. In fact, it’s the worst possible way of attracting potential business. In addition cold call after cold call makes it sickening method of business and that is the reason for my one star. Please take me of your list!

I received several phone calls from this business and my colleague John posted about a lady by the name of Cindy with a bullying attitude. Since the post has been removed and replaced with a flourishing one by an employee of the business. This is disgraceful. It seems customer and potential customer complaints are not taken seriously by Truspace at all. If there was a zero star option I would take it. Oh and employees shouldn’t rate their own business.

Recently had need for our office space to be assessed and needed options for post COVID-19 layout etc. The Truspace design team came in and provided a feasibility study, got our feedback and then handled the full design, drawings, building permit process and construction phase. A very hassle free experience and would highly recommend them. Professional team that listens well.
