My wife and I always have a hard time with furniture shopping because of pushy salesman and not reasonable prices... But Kevin (I think that's his name) was extremely helpful! He was very friendly and we got this sense that he was really trying to find a good deal for us, 5 stars! I bought my entire bed set from them and they delivered and set it all up and took away all the garbage. I felt like I got an awesome deal as well. Out of all of the furniture stores we've visited in the last couple of weeks, we were extremely happy with this one. We saved the best for last! The customer service was amazing, they went above and beyond to not make us feel rushed. We ended up purchasing an 8 piece bedroom set today, we're really excited to have it delivered in the new year. The layout of the store, the quality of furniture, the staff, everything was 10/10. Will definitely be giving them our business in the future. Edit : I am not bashing the store or the people who work there by any means, but we ended up getting our furniture and the bed frame itself appeared to be a floor model, it looked as if it was already assembled and taken back apart, they assured me that wasn't the case, but then the legs of the frame were damaged and scratched. We are getting a small refund as they do not have any new ones available, but we were just expecting quality undamaged/unused furniture.

I have never had such attentive service from any retailer I have purchased from. Informative beyond measure...the leather we choose was perfect...we worked off of floor plans and all of my color selections. She even offered to come to my home to make sure my measurements were correct. Well done ideal!! I cannot wait for my new set!!

I bought a set of leather decking sofa and love seat from this store. It was the worst mistake I have ever made. At 1 year the thin veneer of leather was cracking and big chunks were peeling off. 5 months later and 2 of the decking mechanisms broke. They also scratched the hell out of my floors. Please take my advice and go anywhere else. This is the worst store I have ever had the misfortune of shopping at

My husband and I spent many hours going to different furniture stores before deciding on a lovely blue fabric sectional couch from Ideal Home Furnishings. The showroom is quite lovely, they are a Palliser dealer and seemed to be completely legit. However, after dealing with them for nearly a month, I have come to the conclusion that there is some shady business going on here. In my opinion, there is something off about this place. Every single aspect of dealing with Ideal was difficult. I regret making a purchase here and I will absolutely not be supporting this business again in the future. I beg you not to be blinded by the fancy showroom, Ideal sells furniture knowingly with apparent design flaws and thinks that is completely acceptable.

BUYER BEWARE! I have recently purchased a dining table set from Ideal home furnishings, I was told 4-6 weeks until my furniture would be delivered to my home. After 7 weeks I had to call to see where my dining set was, after calling 3 times and leaving messages someone finally called me back to tell me it needs to be inspected first. Okay no problem but it would have been nice to be contacted and told they are behind. So another week goes by, I phone back eager for my new set and I’m told it’s being delivered in a couple days! Finally! We got our new set, it’s nice. We left out of town for a few days and came home to a broken chunk of wood full of dried glue laying on the floor beside our brand new table. So how did they miss this during their week long inspection? Seems like a shady manufacturer they are doing business with if they allow a table to be shipped knowing they glued their mistake back on thinking it would hold up! Well I will never deal with Ideal Home Furnishing again in my life and I will let it be known to everyone I know how they run their store. They will not offer my refund as I do not want to support a manufacturer who does shady business deals. Many other furniture stores will guarantee 100% that the customer is satisfied and we sure are NOT!!!!!!

I had my first shopping experience at Ideal Home Furnishings yesterday, and I am still in awe at how amazingly friendly and helpful all of the staff were, especially the salesman who assisted me, Kevin C. I have been looking for the perfect sectional sofa for over six months; yup, I’m that picky! I knew in my mind exactly what I wanted, but every other big box store fell short. Leon’s, the Brick, Ashley...the experience was just horrible, and I went to more than one showroom for each store, and could never find a salesperson or product that I felt comfortable enough shelling out thousands of dollars. Other sites like konto and sofaland just didn’t have what I wanted within the price range I was working with. Then I found this place and this awesome salesman!! Kevin obviously loves his job, and is very good at it!!! He walked up to me in the store, I gave my shpeal about what I was looking for, and he showed me a couple of sectionals. Second one was a winner. He didn’t push the pricier leather because he listened to what I said. So instead of trying to upsell me, he worked with me to find a fabric that would be durable and easy to care for. On top of his amazing ability to figure out exactly what I needed, ethically speaking he is outstanding. What do I mean by this exactly? I told him that I wanted to check out some coffee tables and other accessories to go with this beautiful new Palliser, and he advised me to wait until I had the new sofa in my space before purchasing anything else. I mean, there are practically no other salespeople who would put your interests as a customer ahead of their own. Instant trust, and also, instant repeat customer. I’ve purchased enough furniture in my life to know that the real challenge is what happens after they get your money. Unfortunately there was a little mixup when we placed the order for the custom sectional. These orders can’t be changed or refunded after-the-fact. I got home and realized that the chaise that was selected was the incorrect size. I thought to myself, here we go, this is when things will go south! But I was wrong. I walked through the door the next day, explained the issue, and walked out less than five minutes later with the issue corrected. If you’re reading this Kevin, thanks again for your wonderful service!! I will most definitely tell everyone I know to come to you first for all of their needs!!!

I have to share my fantastic experience I had at ideal home furnishings! The sales person Katie is friendly and do not follow you around, they even ask you to make yourself at home! The selection is the best I have seen and I have been everywhere! I bought a Rachael ray sectional and two side chairs absolutely love my new living room right down to the pictures on the wall!!!

I bought some furniture from Ideal Home Furnishings a couple of months ago. I did not even consider going to another store as Roger took over 2 hours explaining all the products to me thoroughly and professionally. The Palliser collection is excellent and i was able to get everything at an affordable price, within my budget. As the furniture was custom made, it was delivered recently in a timely and efficient manner. The new box spring and mattress made the bed too high, so they arranged to take away the box spring and replace it with a plank. It now looks perfect. Thank you Roger for helping me out. I will recommend your store to everyone that i know and every time i need new furniture, i know where to go!

They will do whatever they can to not have to deal with warranty issues. We emailed back-and-forth for a long time and they kept making excuses. So they told me that they were going to send out their technician to look at our sectional, they said they usually charge for that but they would waive the fee. So the suppose it technician came out started taking pictures and my wife and I started asking him questions and he said I'm not a technician I'm just the delivery guy. So I decided to go into the store and try and get some results. It started out with main reception and she kept making excuses. The suppose it technician, delivery guy was sitting not too far away, so I asked her to bring him to the front so we could see what was going on and she would not, as soon as he saw me he left into the back. So I finally got to talk to the manager and of course excuse after excuse he said we had no warranty and I told him we bought extended warranty. So he went to the front and then came back and said yes you are under warranty. So the problem is we have A light leather sectional that we paid a lot for and the seams are turning black and separating. He told me it was because we are were wearing jeans on the sectional. I almost burst out laughing asking him if he was for real. So when he came back I actually started recording the conversation and he said that if I took a knife and punctured the leather that the warranty would be good, remember I have this recorded. To make a long story short I am now dealing with the extended warranty company who is very courteous. The manager makes you feel like you're worthless even though he is a scam artist. It is really too bad because they have nice furniture but they will not stand behind it. Buyer beware do not shop at the store.

The Installation was done at the time of delivery. Superb Installation team! The Sofa set is of the Highest Quality, very minimalistic yet functional. It is the center of attraction of our living room. Awesome experience with Ideal Furnishings.

We had been looking at a specific table for quite awhile, we were able to find it at Ideal Home Furnishings for the best price. The customer service in store was great and the delivery guys were very professional. They set up the table within 30 minutes and made sure to explain how the table worked (extension) and cleaned up before they left.

Was extremely happy to come in and purchase, but, the woman I spoke to said the "conversation is complete" when I asked questions she couldn't answer... I'm honestly a little baffled that someone like this gets to work at a store like this. I'll be following up with Management.

My wife and I recently purchased our 1st home and were in the market for some new furnishings. Uncertain of exactly what we were looking for we began to shop around. We went everywhere and there was just something about each place that caused us to leave. We had almost gave up till we went out to the airport to pick up relatives and on the way back we saw the store. On a whim we decided to stop in and are we ever glad we did. You walk into this warm and comfortable showroom, greeted with a smile and a pleasant hello. The Sales staff are extremely Knowledgeable and helpful and with interior designers onsite we were able to finally nail down the style we wanted.Their prices were very reasonable and a wide selection of furniture. When our furniture was delivered the delivery guys were very professional and assembled our furniture for us and even cleaned the furniture for us. We are extremely happy with the family friendly atmosphere of the store and the helpfulness of all the staff. Don't find many business like this these days it was very pleasurable and I will recommend them to anyone in need of ideas and furniture. Your one stop shop for all your furnishing needs.

The salesperson, Allison, was friendly and informative RE the furniture in which we were interested. We are happy with our choice and pleased at the reasonable cost. Free delivery was a bonus. Delivery was professional and set-up complete-even included some tips on furniture care and cautions. One headrest with a small but significant flaw was replaced within two days. Our overall experience was very satisfactory-we will return to Ideal for our next furniture purchase.
