Exceptional communication and customer service. Sherri went above and beyond... from the start she was honest and upfront about supply issues from the manufacturer due to covid. We went ahead and ordered custom couches and she stayed in touch with us the whole time. She literally responded to every text/email within minutes. Delivery and installation was awesome, but there was an issue on delivery - one part from the manufacturer was not the right colour. I don't normally write reviews on Google, but I had to share the positive experience I had dealing with Sonya at Finesse Furniture. My wife and I had been looking for a sectional couch and we checked out every furniture store in South Common and a couple in the surrounding area without much luck. We had pretty much given up finding the couch we wanted when we decided to make one last stop at Finesse. Within 5 minutes of walking in the store we found the exact style of sectional we had been looking for and Sonya was walking us through the process of purchasing it. Sonya was extremely helpful in the process going as far as making sure we measure our space out exactly to make sure the couch would fit, helping us set up the financing, calling us when the couch had shipped from the manufacturer, and calling us after it was delivered to make sure everything was okay. What I liked most about my experience with Finesse is that the people working there seem to actually care about what they do, and they stand behind the quality of their products. Check this place out!

We have always had the most enjoyable experience shopping for furniture at Finesse. 20 years ago we purchased our first sofa set from them and even though the set was still in good condition we were ready for a new look. We went back to Finesse because we love the quality of their furniture. Sherri is hands down the best sale associate we have ever worked with. She listened to our wants and needs, she showed us other options to make sure we were confident with our final decision. She gave us the final price for all our pieces delivered, measured everything for us, and set up delivery. Once we confirmed that everything would fit we texted her and the deal was done. She had her delivery men take out our existing furniture as a courtesy for being return customers. Delivery was exceptional, we appriecieated the care the two guys took to put on felt pads to all our furniture. The delivery notification system is fantastic. We will never shop anywhere else. We will always ask for Sherri!

I shopped for two months for a new sofa to replace my beloved old sofa. I finally ended up in the Finesse showroom which is where I should have started. (Beloved old leather sofa is as solid as it was when I bought it from Finesse over 12 years ago and if it hadn't been subjected to a chlorinated-water soaked bathing suit and towel unnoticed overnight, I'm sure it would have lasted until I left this world). Sherri is a consummate sales professional who is patient and eager to help and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for new furniture for their home. Love the place! they have one of the largest selections and to top it off this particular dinning set is made in Canada and you get to pick the wood, style and fabric! We absolutely love it. I went to various other shops, however none of them had as beautiful selection nor were their staff quite so kind and keen to help me find what I wanted. It took me a long time to decide which desk I wanted at Finesse, but my salesperson, Sherri Rosales, was infinitely patient. She even gave me her mobile number and was keen to have me call her or text her with any questions I had. She always replied immediately. When I finally decided, Sherri had the desk rapidly delivered to my house by some very polite movers who even took their shoes off as soon as they entered my property so as not to muddy the floors! Finesse called me and Sherri texted me to remind me of the delivery and Sherri even texted after to ensure I was happy. Perfect customer service! I realised after delivery that one of the desk drawers was not closing properly. I contacted Sherri by text who immediately responded and arranged to have one of the Finesse team come to mend the drawer. The repairman, a very friendly and helpful fellow, came within the next couple of days and repaired the drawer at no expense to me. The desk is absolutely gorgeous; elegant, chic but also functional. Sherri took the time to help my husband and I ensure that it matched the room it sits in and it is really a beautiful piece. * I could not be happier with Finesse and their wonderful staff. My husband and I were interested in purchasing an Entertainment Centre for our 'open concept' main living area and found something we both liked at Finesse on-line. So we went into the store to have a look, but they did not have it stock. We took a chance and ordered it through Sherri @ Finesse without actually being able to see it in-person. When it was delivered to our home it was absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the delivery fellows were excellent with the set-up, etc! So after a couple of months we ended ordering again through Sherri at Finesse and ordered both the dining room table and buffet/hutch from the same line. These pieces were just delivered today and again we experienced excellent customer service from both Sherri and the delivery fellows. Finesse is #1 in Edmonton!

The management, delivery, and sales people are the best of the bunch - they are responsive, committed, follow through without hesitation or prompting, and ensure the customer is well looked after throughout all aspects of the sale, right through to delivery! Quite simply, the best retail experience I've ever had! 15 months later and I find out that these guys are true professionals when it comes to service - first available appointment was within days, special order parts arrived in something like a week, and the appointments are for a specific time, not just the standard ‘4 hour window’ that ties you up for the day. And they are EXACTLY on time! Would I do this again? ABSOLUTELY and without hesitation! Thanks for an awesome experience!

We were in a couple weeks ago, bought a couch and table w/ chairs from the outlet in the west end.. Customer service was great. We had no issues dealing with anyone there. They were friendly and let us browse with ease. Considering we are extremely picky people and were looking for "the right fit" for our house they still treated us like everyone else. They did not come up to us with some sales pitch. We felt relaxed and not on edge. They were extremely helpful with the table (we picked a wood one and some had a couple scratches) They had no problem working on it, making sure if was perfect for us. Also on a plus side, they let you inspect and check out all your furniture before they package it up for you to take/deliver. So far we are happy with our purchase. I will update in 6 months or so.

Despite the warranty period being over, Finesse supported us and ensured the issues were resolved. This week we required a very specific chair that I could sit in after major surgery (it needed to be a specific height / width, which is difficult to find). 2 years ago (end of 2017) I purchased the Francis sectional couch in the Bolero Slate performance fabric. The furniture is great quality and the costumer service is excellent, so we decided to purchase more pieces of the same couch as we are moving and need to rearrange. Both times we dealt with Sherri and she went above and beyond ensuring our furniture was boxed and wrapped very well to be shipped to us 10 hours away. She also kept us very informed during every step of the process - from deciding on a couch to purchasing to billing to shipping. I would highly recommend Finesse to anyone looking for quality (affordable) furniture and great customer service. We will definitely be returning in the future. As for the sofa, it is very easy to assemble, and easy to clean. The fabric looks new and the couch is as comfortable and supportive as it was on day one - even with our 80 lbs dog jumping up and down and running across it daily. There are no scratches or punctures from her nails, and I believe it will continue to serve it's purpose for many years to come.

The products inside were beautiful and I was prepared to make a large purchase but because I look younger and was wearing casual attire no one assisted me or even said hello. My husband and I were in a couple of weeks ago to look at purchasing a new sectional and were helped by Sherri. She is a wonderful salesperson; she's passionate and knowledgeable about the products she sells and is also very honest and blunt which, as someone who works in sales myself, can genuinely appreciate. She's a great asset to the team at Finesse. As for the store itself, it was my first time in since they moved from the big location where they used to be a few years ago. I personally like the new store better and I find the prices seem more reasonable than before. It's definitely not the cheapest place to buy furniture, but I also believe that you get what you pay for. Overall it was a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to shop there again and to recommend to others.

She helped us choose the right fabric knowing I had a kitten, the right color to go with the decor, the right size for the area, with a totally 'can do' professional attitude. The price was fantastic and the delivery was only a few days. They called to say exactly when the delivery was coming, we could return ANYTHING with a full refund if we didn't like it when it arrived. Sherri even called to see how happy we were when the delivery came and if she could do anything else. The guys brought the felt pads so it didn't scratch the floor, they rearranged it as we wanted it and only left when we said we were totally happy. My other couch broke so I was in need of a new couch. My bf and I went to numerous other well known big furniture stores and no one helped us out at these places. We were disappointed that we couldn't find a couch right for us. We went to Finesse eventually since we drove by it on the way home and thought why not try out this one last place before we head home. The customer service here was above and beyond. Immediately we were welcomed into the store. We found a sectional that we both loved but we knew it wouldn't fit in our apartment at all. The sales lady gave us options and mentioned that were able to customize this model so that it would be able to fit in our apartment living room. So that's what we did! We were also able to customize the fabric and cushions with this model. The wait for this couch was well worth it. I highly recommend this place!!
