My experience with Country Living Furnishings was as a delivery employee for over a year, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them! During my time there I found every member of CLF to be very dedicated to creating a positive customer experience. As a delivery person, this was also our foremost goal on every delivery. CLF made this easy for me because they provided every tool possible to create a good experience. If ever there was a situation that I wasn't able to solve, I knew with the utmost confidence that CLF customer service would take care of the client. On top of this, the staff at CLF know almost every current customer by name and their furniture order. It's a level of personal experience that I have never seen or experienced at any other business. When paired with the knowledge all the staff have, it shows how committed CLF is to their customers. I was very proud to work for Country Living Furnishings, because I knew every other employee felt the same way, and the result was a constructive workplace that provided (and still does without a doubt) the best service possible to employees and customers alike.

I went into Country Living to find an ottoman to replace our old coffee table. The team there was really helpful in finding a great piece which has held up very well to everything a young family throws at it, and it looks great too! I will definitely return for my next furniture purchases.

We have worked with Rhonda at Country Living for 20 years from building our home in Springbank with a young family in mind to designing and decorating over the years as our family has grown and our tastes have changed. Our home would not be the sanctuary it is without the guidance and thought Rhonda has put into it. From paint colours to furnishings to flooring to lighting to art to beautiful decor, Country Living Furnishings literally has influenced each room in our home. It is Calgary’s premium home furnishing store with a personal touch. We are lifetime customers of Country Living Furnishings... they have helped us make our house a home.

I’ve worked with the staff at Country Living a few times now to choose new pieces for our home, and each time they offer amazing and straightforward design advice, and help us find the perfect piece. I like that everything is customizable and Canadian made. The designs are timeless, the furniture comfortable and functional, and the experience shopping and ordering always 10/10. I also really like that they have items that work for all budgets - something I didn’t realize till going in the first time since everything is so beautiful! A great (locally, female owned!) place to shop in Calgary!

Very unhappy with the customer service we received from one of the floor representatives. Times are difficult for all but I would assume customers should be first and foremost. Maybe this can be addressed through some training.

They had many different samples to sort through and being able to customize certain designs they made our home feel like its ours. I highly recommend visiting this store if you want to work with an amazing design team.

Kristen at Country Living did an excellent job in understanding our style and pulling together a look that we love! The selections from Kristen were perfect for our cozy mountain home and we are very grateful for her expertise. From our initial visit to our last delivery, Kristen kept us up to date on all moving parts and was always quick to respond (even hand delivering some pillows herself to Invermere!). Wonderful experience from start to finish and will definitely head back to CLF for all décor and furnishing needs.

When my wife said she wanted this $2700 couch from Country Living I thought ... that’s far too expensive. But after shopping around to many local Calgary furniture stores and learning about the quality, the scale and depth of the couch and the fact that it’s made in Canada we pulled the trigger. It took eight weeks to come in which was much less time then quoted elsewhere. The delivery charge was reasonable and we are very happy with the service we received from the designer. Very accommodating during these difficult times for retailers and consumers alike.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE with CLF. The staff- (Alexandra, Rhonda and Victoria) completely transformed our new house and captured exactly the cozy-modern vibe we wanted. We are from Edmonton and the process to coordinate with store (located in Calgary) was seamless. It was honestly the easiest process and they went above and beyond!! They used our measurements and found our finishing samples (floors, trim) and completely blew us away with their interior design skills. Also cannot say enough great things about the quality of the products. Would HIGHLY recommend utilizing this incredible local small business and we are excited for them to help us with our next project :)

Had an amazing time working with the staff at Country Living Furnishings (CLF). The staff at CLF have done an amazing job with their showroom since moving to their new store located on Richmond Road SW, Calgary. Their showroom makes it easy to visualize how furniture would look around my home. The owner, Rhonda, and CLF's various designers do an amazing job in making sure we were happy. We love that CLF sources literally all of their inventory from Canadian supplier and that their list of vendors is pretty much made up of entirely Canadian vendors. They also support many small local businesses and would highly recommend using them if you're in need of new furniture for your home, designed by an amazing team!!

When I was looking for a new sectional sofa for my place, I shopped around a lot of stores trying to find the right one for my new home. The staff at Country Living helped take me through the (overwhelming for me) process of find the right sofa, and educated me on what to look for when buying quality furniture. (I was sick of getting the cheap stuff that never lasted from the big box stores) After visiting their store, and a few others afterwards, I chose to go with them. They had the best selection of custom-crafted furniture in Calgary, and it was refreshing to have their designers listen to my needs and determine the piece that would be the best fit for my place. Best of all, the furniture is all Canadian-Made (which I feel is important to support in this day and age) Can't say enough good things about the selection and the service I received. From choosing the right custom piece for my place, to the delivery, it was great. They even gave me some advice on how to best maximize my space. Happy to recommend this locally owned business!
