Chris and team, We want to thank you for doing an amazing job for us designing our 8,000 sq. ft. new office location at 10328-81 Avenue in Edmonton. It was a very unique project with the two pockets of space, including the mezzanine and age of the building. Having had the issues we did with the first design company, you were able to assist us far more than the average designer, correcting and finishing drawings needed under short timelines. Your access to suppliers and product suggestions were invaluable, most notably was the brick tile that saved us over $25,000 and basically made your design fees “free” in our eyes. That’s delivering real value! Chris, you have such a gift in what you do. Your approach was always respectful and we felt you always listened to our needs and incorporated them into your suggestions. I’m sure having to come in and help us save this project after the previous designer botched it was not the ideal way you like to approach design. But you never once had an ounce of negativity and were honestly a saving grace for us. You have a way of communicating that our style choices weren’t quite in line with the vision we had, and you have a natural ability to not only envision the end project, but also communicate that vision to us clearly. We are very excited and pleased with the end result and can’t wait to have our first big event in the REALTOR lounge space, to host clients in the gorgeous meeting rooms and welcome all our amazing REALTORS, team members and staff into their new space. Thank you again, we plan to use your services in the future and would be more than happy to be a reference to anyone looking to hire you. They definitely should!
