They carry everything, tile, hardwood, vinyl plank, lino and carpet. And that's just Central Alberta Tile One! Rave Designs and Central Alberta Lighting have so much to offer as well. Don't trust anyone else in town with your home.

Tile one is a great company accept that they do not pay their employees I worked under one of their contractors for a year and a half, gave my 2 weeks notice and I have waited 2 months without pay. I personally would not trust a company that cannot pay their employees.

Disappointed with the way I was treated by the hiring manager. Scheduled a job interview and was completely ignored when I showed up, told he forgot and was confused as to why I was there. They explained he texted me, but I received nothing. Seemed very unprofessional and disorganized, I was treated as though my time wasn’t important and left without answers as to why this manager/supervisor would book interviews and forget about them. I left and was told that he would contact me, I received nothing. They need to be more professional and proactive with the hiring process. This was embarrassing.....

As a good business gesture Central Alberta Tile One and Classic Granite Works , stepped up to help us out in a very dire situation. We had a problematic situation with our kitchen quartz counter top. Our quartz counter top was originally supplied and installed by another company in Red Deer.This installer is the owner of his business and he put a sealer on our counter top...which wrecked the finish on the quartz and every time we used it, there was marks left on it...which would not come off. It was a mess and gross to look at. When we approached this company he would not stand behind his work and left us in a bind. Central Alberta Tile One, Granite Classic Works, Abbey Platinum Homes (our builder) and Tom from LG Hausys (the manufacturer of our quartz) all went above and beyond to replace our counter top and get us through this horrible experience. Everyone who worked on this from all these companies were all respectful and did great work. The installers did a great job and were respectful and cleaned up also.No damage whatsoever to take out and put in. Our flooring and all the tile in our house was done by Central Alberta Tile One and they did a great job helping us select material, colors and installation. They stand behind their products and their work. My recommendation would be very high when it comes to these companies.

We have used Central Alberta Tile 1 twice now in the last year and have been pretty happy with the services and products purhased. For our first renovations we used them for supply and install, everything went great and we were very happy with the install and how the finished product ended up looking. Only complaint I would have is after the install there was zero communication with us other then to pay the remainder of our balance. It was never communicated with us what our warranty was or what the steps were if we had issues after install or even who to contact about after install issues. The second renovation we did we used them for supply only and the sales staff was very helpful and they got us our product quickly which was great!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Central Alberta Tile One! First you start with their awesome design staff who help you build the house of your dreams while staying budget conscious. I really had no idea what I wanted, and left with 4 different tiles for flooring/backsplash/tub surround/backsplash in the bathrooms, hardwood flooring, carpet, linoleum, and granite that all came together amazingly! Doing this alone would have been so overwhelming, and impossible to know a price point to start at with any of the above. Whenever I found something I liked Stacey easily shopped around and found further samples like it or things that would work well with it. Christian did an amazing job installing our tile. The carpet and lino guys were quick and professional. I went to their yard and picked out the exact piece of granite I wanted to use, and they did a great job installing it. Will absolutely use them again.

I went into this store twice and both times I left angry and annoyed. The arrogance was disgusting. I was a customer looking to by a lot and instead I was ignored and treated horribly. So thank you for the horrible customer service which brought me to a better flooring company with better product. Maybe tell your staff to stop acting liking customer service isn't important because word of mouth is huge and I've told a lot ppl how disgusting some of your employers are and how you treat ppl.

Had my bathroom completely remodeled. They held my hand through the entire process - from assisting with the design to taking care of the demo and finally the installation of a custom shower. So much easier having everything taken care at one store. They even arranged for a plumber when I needed the drain moved and the Custom Glass Doors for the shower. We have been using Central Alberta Tile One for all of our flooring and tile needs for as long as I remember and they have always done a great quality job, which is why we keep coming back. There was a shower tile job done in our house that we weren't the happiest with and they had no problems coming back and redoing it to make us happy. Update: Someone called to offer an apology. To be clear, this does nothing to resolve the issue...it's merely an attempt at appeasement and it failed. Edit: Days after posting a response that they will contact me, nobody from Tile One has done so. Because of this, I tried to take away the one star they had, but sadly, I can't do zero stars. I will never use Central Alberta Tile One again. We had them come over to give an estimate on flooring and countertops. We said we wanted someone to manage the project, so that we didnt have to schedule the different trades. We were told this wasn't a problem. We accepted the quote based on their measurements. When Classic Granite came to do an exact measurement, they discovered that the initial estimate had the island as 48" instead of 84". A call later the day revealed that the cost would be about $1500 extra. It turned out be over $2100 extra, and CAT1 took about $400 off of that, leaving $1700 extra on our end. They ripped up flooring on a friday, left us like that for the weekend, and began flooring installation on Monday. We were told that countertops would take a day. I've never done a project like this, so I believed them. Old countertops removed on Monday, new countertops on Tuesday, plumber to install the sink on Wednesday, grout on thursday, silicone on Friday. 5 days! I had to call about the plumber on wednesday morning because nobody had made arrangements, so I fully believe they would have missed us that day. We were being called by Classic Granite, so nobody took charge the way we agreed. The finished product is great, so the workers did great stuff. Had we known the counters were going to cost so much more, we may have gone elsewhere. It was too much trouble getting this organized, so I will shop somewhere else next time. Edit: changed to one star only. That star is for the guys that did the work...nobody else gets a star.

In this time of Covid with every tradesperson being so busy, the staff at Central Alberta Tile One took time for me and helped me out.
