The greeters, triage, nurses and doctors were all on the ball! Offering empathy, moving quickly, and keeping me updated. Everyone was so professional. Some of the best medical care I've received all around in one visit. So, so impressed with the emergency room team!

This is my dad's experience. His doctor told him to go in the E.R. because he had a staph infection and just got off of having medication through IV and the doctor (Andrew Grey or Gray) who was "assigned" to him was EXTREMELY rude. He told my father that he was wasting his time and come back when he was actually sick. Please do something about him because I don't want him to go around making more patients uncomfortable. JUST BECAUSE DOCTORS HAVE BEEN IN SCHOOL LONGER AND HAVE A PAPER. DOESN'T MEAN THEY ARE DIFFERENT FROM ANYONE ELSE.

Sister almost died today. Cost me an arm and a leg to get to this hospital only to have them call the cops to force me off the property because I wouldn't leave until I got to see her which I never did. She was awake and in stable condition but 'hospital policy' is more important then her being able to see her family is such a hard time.

I had surgery on Dec 15 2021. I can not say enough about my experience. Starting from the screening and arriving to the admitting nurses. The doctors, Dr Xenoyannis and Dr Chen with Dr Kruger and Dominicone assisting were very helpful in making my experience stress free. I believe the OR nurse was Lauren and unfortunately I did not get the name of the other nurse who helped me during the spinal. They were all great at explaining what was happening and what to expect. The post Op nurse was also great. When I was brought to my room 2521I was met by my day nurse Shelley and later my night nurse Ally. I can not say enough about the care I received. They are great nurses that are experienced and did their job in such a caring way. All these people made the experience so much easier to go through.

Went in with a suspected broken arm. The front desk staff were polite and helpful, checkin and triage was relatively quick despite the ER being fairly busy, and the X-ray technicians were kind and knowledgeable. They seem to be doing a great job with COVID-preparedness, as well; plexiglass dividers in the waiting area, hand sanitizer stations everywhere, medical-grade masks for patients, etc.

Terrible experience and the doctors in the emergency room are inexperienced and cannot properly diagnose patients. A family member was admitted twice, the second time Dr. Caleb Van de Kleut was the doctor in Emerg and he told me the patient had zero signs of a stroke. When in fact the patient had multiple signs and it was confirmed with several other doctors. Brutal. Poorly trained.

Check in and triage were very fast and the nurses were kind as well. I’m staying with my dad for a few months and so I’m from out of town and even though there wasn’t as much they could do for my situation, they did everything they could to reassure me and call me. The nurses were really nice, and coming from Hamilton where Juravinski is the hospital I always go to, by far way better than any hospital I’ve been in Hamilton.

If I could give you zero I would. TWO people I have known now have died at YOUR HOSPITAL'S HANDS.. and I want to know who is responsible for these medical errors?!?! Sending people home untreated and then they die.... who is going to take the blame for this stuff?!?! People want answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Read first its important. Gave me wrong diagnosis. Then didn't answer my calls or call back. Still haven't heard back. Why is it that if it isn't about covid it's not important. My own doctor is amazing though. Love him. But seriously get it together, covid is not supposed to control our lives, just see people as people that's all we want .. i hope everyone feels the same because this is starting to get ridiculous..

The nurses at this hospital are very rude and have no compassion and don't ask the doctor for pain medication when your in very severe pain

Waste of space calling her a dr. She rescheduled on me twice and called an hr before the appointment. Says what kind of dr she is . I would give her a lower rating if i could. Her receptionist is just as bad. How ppl get jobs i have no clue. Would not recommend to anyone seeking help.

Don't believe anything they say. You cant even attend the ",programs offered" if u r a inpatient on a hold because they r so short staffed there is no one to walk u there. Alot of people are on hold. Nurse on night shift put her feet up and slept through her whole shift. So counseling is talking to a cranky nurse who cares so much they don't even stay awake. Wow service with a snore. Nurses swiped patients cookies rigjt off their trays. Laughable. They didn't bother to check common room and kitchenette where a patient had left a metal knife. Left worse than I started by being convinced that the healthcare community did not give a d$#m about my physical or emotional health and safety. Went home and applied for assisted dying.

I wish there were ten stars. You’d deserve them all. I had an unfortunate fall in our home in the early hours of New Year’s Day. Everyone from the EMTs (Sorry, Pedro is the only name I recall—I was a little frazzled) to the doctors and nursing staff were kind, compassionate and professional. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care, compassion and professionalism. You’re all 10 stars. When we decided to move to Woodstock four years ago, because of our ages, health care accessibility was critical and you have proven we made the right choice. ❤️❤️❤️ Wayne and Norma Roper

Went to woodstock hospital after cutting my hand with my saw. Didn't take long to be seen but nurses said it was a slow day. The doctor told me that there's nothing to stitch and that all I need is to cover it with a bandage to keep it clean. The doctor brought over a bandage and made me apply aid to myself with my one good hand. What kind of hospital makes a patient in their care apply aid to themselves? From now on unless im dieing I will be taking the drive to any other city's hospital to get proper care and avoiding woodstock hospital.

Found out my father had an Insulin shot and he is not a diabetic when taken in for a heart problem .... he was told he was a diabetic with no previous test to confirm .... just told he had it ... then the shot in the stomach none of the staff would listen .... or was it an Insulin shot no one would elaborate to him ....

They called me back for appointment for Covid Testing within reasonable time. Much better response than from one of the drugstores that does testing.

These guys are absolutely awesome I came from Hamilton general (absolute s#!t hole !!!) the facilities and the staff are just amazing spotlessly clean the staff are very pleasant and helpful at the lowest weakest point in my life they made it feel like home the food is excellent they actually serve you real nutritious food if you are serious about healing yourself this is the hospital you would want to be in big open rooms with lots of sunlight I was hit by a truck and they have absolutely started my recovery off on the right foot cannot say thank you enough I hope those that delt with me get to read this you know who you are thank you so much

We moved to Woodstock in Oct 2020. Since moving here my father has had to visit the hospital twice (he was admitted for covid-19 complications and a second visit for the emergency room). Having moved here from Vaughan, Ontario and having experienced other hospitals in The GTA- I was truly impressed with the level of care and compassion my family received. Thank you to all the EMTs and wonderful staff.

My husband literally walked out of your Hopital unable to BREATH on March 11 and you didn't even call to check on him for 24 hours. He left saying he didn't want to DIE in a waiting room. I hope this is investigated so others do not ever go thru this!

On the afternoon of October 29th, 2021, I brought my daughter in to the emergency department as per the recommendation from our family doctor. Once they discovered that she has Autism they were so amazing, compassionate and patient with her. The team in the emergency department are to be commended! Thank you!

So went to emergency due to lump on right side at back of my head and a new lump at the temple. Doctor said he doesn't see anything nor feel anything yet when area is touched it's sore. He attributed it to my job. I know strain pain and this isn't it. He refused to do anything. That's disgusting. Just before 1am October 31, 2021. I still feel a pounding in the lump at the back of my head.

Covid appointment booking line will not answer... says "we are only open until 4pm please call back when we are open" its 1pm...... highly reccomend pushing 2 for tilsonburg and going there because they actually put you on hold instead of making you call over and over again.
