Terrible receptionist. very rude. Dr. Shahrokhi barely answered my questions and put only 20 seconds of his time for my visit. would not recommend this doctor.

Talking about the physician, Dr. Shahrokhi is over 12 years my family doctor. Beside being a knowledgeable and experienced doctor, he has always been a doctor with great personality and with a friendly smile, has always time to listen to you and find the right medical solution, a FIVE star for him. Having said that, the reception is horrible. I am grateful that now I have the option to book online. You must be very lucky if the receptionist answers your phone call after 10 attempts. Sometimes I think she fears to talk with clients over he phone. I strongly recommend the clinic manager/ owners to check the front desk as a client from time to time to minimize so many complaints.

Horrible.. how this place can be in business is beyond me.. receptionist needs a course in customer service and how to be a decent human being and the doctors lol.. wow.. $220 plus fee to get a paper signed, went downtown was charged $25. No care at all about clients here..

The receptionist was very rude and clearly doesn't want to be there. The doctor didn't know what he was doing and prescribed medicine completely on the basis for making a commission and not concerned about my health. The drug he prescribed was heavy duty and dangerous and was not the solution for the issue at all, that in the first place he couldn't figure out. This clinic needs to close because they are unprofessional and when dealing with medicine you cannot be disinterested and unprofessional.

Went today just for signing a DTC application . The Canada Revenue Agency says " any " MD medical doctor or NP Nurse Practitioner can assess and fill the application . I explained patiently for DR, Shahrokhi but apparently he could not take the point and very impatiently , denied to help . I went to another walking clinic and the they did that .

I had a bad heartache and had to come to the doctors for a check up so I can go back to my everyday life. As soon as I told him how I felt the day before he got mad and said why I'm not taking a COVID test. I said because I don't have it. He said "how do you know". I know because I get like this every year during this time, felt fine and I know my body. He took my temperature and sent me to take a COVID test. I had to self quarantine causing me to miss important stuff. Test turned out to be negative. Very upset with my visit, doctor should be more professional instead of being scared.

Close your doors! The receptionist and doctor we tried to see clearly hate their jobs!! just do us all a favor an quit! Find a career you love as you are clearly in the wrong industry..I'm not sure how they are in business to help when they are unfriendly, unkind and just outright rude!! Thank God they are not the only place... if they were the only ones I'd tell you to drive to the next city ... Frick the next province if you had the option as you have a better chance healing yourself then going through the hassle of coming here. Ok.. enough with kindness.. save yourself and find a different clinic!

Fast, professional service in a comfortable environment. The exam rooms are a little cramped, but otherwise positive experiences. The pharmacy which shares the building is also excellent and the pharmacist is incredibly informative without being overwhelming. My last visit I walked in the door and 25 minutes later walked out with a diagnosis and a filled prescription which easily could take half the day at other locations.

Had a very bad experience with "Dr" Masoud Shahrokhi. He minimized my pain and left me feeling worse than when i came in with no solution. He made me cry. Worst doctor - do not come here. His medical license should be revoked!

Dr. Payman Arab, wanted me to come a couple of times before he would refer my to a psychiatrist. My old psychiatrist retried and I was hoping for a referral, the last doctor i went to (not my family doctor) referred me right away. Seems to be like many doctors here who treat this as a business and milk the government for as much money as possible. I should also add that the lady working at the clinic is alright, she helped diagnose why I was not getting more than 5 hours of sleep each night.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Dr. Babcock refuses to see me and I was asked to go to another clinic. I went and I was immediately looked after, so don’t waste your time with this clinic. Go to the one on 19th

Awful experience with Dr. Payman Arab. No incentive to check my symptoms and scrolled through an app to prescribe me Myoflaxin, a very very strong antibiotic with irreversible side effects which should not be prescribed for Cellulitis which I had at the time. Serious malpractice.
