The waiting time was over three hours and the doctor was very rude when I asked how much longer was it going to take

My brother went there a week or two ago around 8-9pm due to his eyes starting to have sharp pains ( he had been suffering from pink eye for at least a week without any pain) and the attending doctor (older lady) barely gave him a look. He mentioned that there was blood in his tears and she said it was normal for pink eye without even checking out his eyes. The only thing she did was ask him to try to open his eyes (which he couldn't), didn't touch him, and just gave him 4 painkillers to take at that moment. After he took the painkillers, she shoo'd him away, complaining the entire time he was there that he was making her stay late when they close at 10. The next day we went to a clinic in North Vancouver and the doctor immediately noticed something was wrong. He put in dye in the eye to check for any corneal abrasions and boy did he find one. It was the size of his entire iris and pupil. He sent us straight to VGH and now my brother is practically bedridden for a minimum of two weeks (not allowed to open eye for the two weeks). I will actively tell people to never go to this hospital if they bring up even thinking about going here. Not worth the time. Tangent: What kind of ER has a closing time? You have a large number of people living in the area where this hospital is closest and if there's an emergency, they have to find another place to go?

Graham Douglas

It's older and a teaching hospital. If you do not have an appointment you will wait a long time.

Aamer Chaudhry

The staff is friendly but the wait time is always very long.

Absolutely garbage. My mother waited 5 hours after her paperwork went "missing" from the queue. Go to a bigger better hospital cause this one is trash.

Lauren Colby

Terrible. I get that if you aren’t dying that you end up waiting in urgent care but I arrived with an infection in my face hours before a woman with knee pain and was seen after her. I am pregnancy and was left for hours without food or water. For someone who works in critical care myself, I am so disappointed.

I came to the ER and the Doctors are helpful, though one nurse was rude and lacks compassion. She kept putting my file at the back every time someone new comes in and when I asked her she yelled at me. It doesn't matter that I was writhing in pain, she made me wait 4 hours to be seen by a Doctor. It's ironic how you get checked faster at a walk-in clinic than the ER. I don't think Nurses should act this way. She's an embarrassment to UBC. I also raised the concern to Vancouver Coastal Health and didn't even get a response.

The wait can be as long as 2-3 hours bc sometimes you have to wait for the test result coming back so the doctor has some reference to tell your health condition. The nurses and docs are nice. Got a referral and an checkup there. Thank you, Dr and nurses who are working in the front line.

Clara Sui

Actual experience here was good but due to a mix-up with regards to the booking, my medical procedure was delayed by 1-2 weeks. When I phoned to book a time slot, the procedure listed under my profile was completely different than the one indicated on the requisition form sent by my physician. It was not until I showed up in-person with the printed requisition form in hand that they realized the mistake and was able to fit me in for the procedure.

If you need to get stitches, here's what you do. Grab a bottle of the strong stuff. I'm talking 60+ proof. Take a swig. Take another one for good measure. Pour liberally over affected area. Do the damn stitches yourself. (Just go to VGH. Worth the wait.)

I was rudely told off by a doctor for coming into Urgent Care for my condition. I was told by a clinic to see urgent care after 24 hours if symptoms didn't subside...I did, and the doctors here were extremely rude and told me not to come in again under these circumstances. They moved me around from room to room. The whole visit was very unhelpful.

Ken Gardner

I was impressed by the friendly, professional staff. I was very satisfied with the service, from beginning to end

I went in on New Year's Eve and was treated very well by the nurses and doctor on staff. I was also in and out very quickly. Thank you to the great staff for doing the great work that you do!

As much as the hospital is the last place anyone wants to be UBC has some very good Dr's. Every Dr on my team has always been very caring and professional. I've been going to UBC MS Clinical and many of the hospital services for more than 13 years.

My spouse, Bill, had a successful total hip replacement here in 2015 by Dr. Garbuz.

I felt really sick and went to the emergency, they kept acting like I had Covid and when I told them how I might have gotten it they were triggered and they were rude to me. So after doing a Covid test on me they didn't even bother to maybe give me a different test incase it wasn't Covid. And sent me off the next morning I got the Covid test results and it was negative "Big Suprise????" and now I have gotten worst and throwing up blood.

DON'T LET THEM KEEP YOU OVER NIGHT!!! My mother had a surgery to remove and replace her eye implant. the doctors and nurses in the OR were very nice and the procedure went well. It was supposed to be a day surgery but they decided to keep her over night. That's when the HORROR SHOW began. The nurses on the ward she was admitted to were awful, inhuman creatures who didn't have an ounce of empathy. They wouldn't let her husband see her or talk to her and they wouldn't even let her use a phone. Her husband knew she was alive, and nothing else! They wouldn't talk to him when he came to the hospital and when he phoned they wouldn't tell him anything on the phone. The nurses were impatient, rude, uncaring, and mean. They brought her a dinner of a foul tasting beef broth that was stone cold and she wretched after eating it and asked if she could have a pan to puke in, and they didn't know what to do with that. Finally they brought her a bottle and wrote "VOMIT" on it. Then she needed to pee but they wouldn't let her out of bed. They took 20 minutes to bring her a bed pan and then were mad when she peed her bed while waiting. She asked for pain meds or an ice pack and they acted like she was being a nuisance because she was from "day surgery" so she shouldn't need anything. I guess this is the standard of care in Canada these days.

I spent 6 hours here, from 5-11. I hadn’t eaten since noon and they don’t even have crackers or orange juice to tide you over, and since the hospital cafeteria is only open during the day, you can’t eat if you come in during the evening unless you’ve planned ahead and brought your own food. This seems really irresponsible, and potentially dangerous. You have to wait for hours to see a doctor, get labwork done, and get your results. They clearly have staffing issues. Service is impersonal and unhelpful. Bring snacks and something to do for several hours. I asked if I could leave to get food, but they told me that if I did I wouldn’t be able to talk to a doctor and get my results. When people complain about Canadian healthcare, this is what they’re talking about. Go seek help elsewhere.

Brought my father here, came to check on his status 2 hours later, and was completely ignored by the receptionist (short, old, fat lady with grey hairs). As soon as I sat down in the chair in front of the desk, she got up and left for 20 minutes without even acknowledging my presence. Once she came back and sat down, she said something to another worker beside her, who then came out to ask me to move away from the window, still without providing me any kind of service.

Somith Das

Open only until 10pm, really makes life difficult for the average UBC student who winds up in the Van General Hospital because UBC only cares for their students till 10pm. Do not rely on them at night for any medical emergency.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience. Every nurse, physician, and staff member I met were personable, kind, and reassuring. I was out in approximately two and a half hours after being triaged, X-rayed, seen by a doctor, and having a cast put on.

I am First Nation don't need racisms went in for tests in ward screening. in April of this year. Was scared cause needed to be done and with covid was worried. After entering was asked where I needed to go and could I put this mask on. Than sent to another area to more information required after answered all questions went to my designated area.I am First Nation. Was asked by nurse Emily more question so repeated information said yes I am first Nation. well her tune turned to evil. Talk about racism and disrespect and really mistreatment by her towards me. So told file a complaint so I did go threw all proper channels. useless. Emily said all stuff that occurred she never did and further more I miss understood her. Talk about lying and cover up Coastal health dismissed and put me threw hoops to call me a liar. My word against hers. Found out she is of Asian decent she should know better all those people who contacted me were probably coaxing her out to get out of what she did and said to me. She should apologize and maybe if she continues in nasty ways should look for a work that does not involve dealing with general public. letter i received said if I must need to file with someone else really what a pile of going nowhere .

Excellent Urgent Care Centre. Had very good surgery at UBC but two weeks later my husband had to bring me to their Urgent Care Centre due to awful post-op issues. The Centre was exceptionally busy (the waiting room was overflowing with people with broken limbs) and yet the team here was so genuinely caring. Dr TN was outstandingly kind, explained everything to me, and was so thorough with all the tests and scans. When I was in tears from pain and exhaustion, the Head Nurse gave me a little pat on the arm—despite being run off his feet, he took that little moment to show human kindness. Dr TN has since phoned me to follow up—I’m so grateful to him. Highly recommend this Centre for serious Urgent Care needs.

If you have a emergency, Do not go there, So rude , I was simply ask where can I register, the short hair old lady was browsing on her phone, did not seems busy at all , said “ this is a private area go read the sign ! “ I’m just like wow ! Because there’s only one person , who els I would asked ? sign are confusing Badly organized , never go back .

I came here yesterday with facial numbness concerns. The wait: Not too bad. I was registered and got a wristband within 30 mins of waiting, and was admitted in about an hour and change from there. Considering I was not in immediate pain like some other patients, I find this to be quite reasonable. The staff: Everyone from arriving to my actual diagnosis was very knowledgeable and friendly. I can't thank them enough for their confident diagnosis and getting me the right prescription slip that night. My concern: This office seems to have a bit of an organization problem. I was asked to give blood when I first entered, which is fine, except I am known to be very difficult to find veins on. After four attempts, they gave up trying to get a blood sample and the doctor just settled for a motor skills test. A nurse also mentioned getting me a CAT scan to check for stroke symptoms but I didn't get scanned at all. I find it a bit odd, as if there is a lack of communication or proper procedure. Additionally, I, like many other patients, brought my spouse with me. There is very little outside seating for those who are nonpatients. Please install more benches or provide temporary chairs for the outside waiting area.

Daniel Lu (Daniel Lv)

I absolutely won't be coming here again. They told me my problem wasn’t an emergency problem then left me alone, after I came in the morning very early. My hearing went down this much for days, they can’t even help me, or try to help me, after I spent so much time waiting and done all those checking. They seem like just collecting people problems and then decide not to help you at all. My experience going to a hospital in Canada are so disappointed!

Everyone who helped me was extraordinarily kind and compassionate and the wait times were less than projected online. It was as nice of an experience you could hope for in this kind of place.

I had a recent procedure here, and I have to say, that the staff are amazing! My RN Andrew went above and beyond in every way possible. He is extremely knowledgeable about my situation, and he made sure to pass along so much-needed information. All of the staff for my operation were so professional, and gifted at making me feel at ease about my procedure. Thank you all so much for making an unpleasant situation into something much more positive!

An ER that closes? So much for socialized healthcare, UBC sucks in millions of tax dollars FOR THIS???

Yes it is true that there is a very long wait time for surgery at this hospital. But for me, the wait was worth it. I received exceptional care and treatment from my surgeon: Dr. Mike Gilbart. I had virtually no pain after surgery and no nerve problems at all from my procedure (hip arthroscopy). I found that the morning of my surgery, not only the surgeon, but the anesthesiologist, the nurses, everybody, were the most professional and the most caring people in the medical field I have ever dealt with. This is coming from someone who has had three un-related surgeries at different hospitals in Victoria, and someone whose mother was in and out of hospitals for ten years before she passed away. So I have a fair bit of experience with our health care system. I can honestly say that the staff at this hospital are fantastic. I can also say that Dr. Gilbart was the only doctor able to fix my chronic pain after seeing many, many doctors, physiotherapists and chiropractors over the years to deal with my torn labrum. If you go there to see this doctor, you will be in good hands.

I have been dealing with The Joint Preservation Clinic at UBC for over 5 years due to chronic knee problems – I've consistently received abysmal service. They rarely answered the phone, my calls were never returned (not once ever), the secretaries behave as if you are causing them harm by requesting an appointment time - they seem bitter and overworked. The wait times to see a doctor are ridiculously long. When you actually get to see a doctor – don't expect much. The various docs I spoke with seemed rushed and not interested in trying to understand what's really wrong or what's causing the problem nor in helping me navigate my options properly. I rarely write reviews but I'm frustrated to say the least. Not sure if the other options are any better, but The Joint Preservation Clinic stinks from a mile away.

Do not even think about visit here, nurse is not profession and the doctor super slow. FYI, medical system also disaster, special list is super super slow...

I went into Urgent Care at UBC for abdominal pain. While I did get treatment and am feeling better the service wasn't the greatest. I was told that my test results would be available online, which the still aren't over a week later. I called to ask for my test results and was told that not only would they not tell me over the phone but that I had to make an appointment with student health services for the next week for anyone to tell me what was going on. The next day the doctor called and told me my results, but I thought they couldn't do that? And when I was in they asked if I approved to have my results shared with my family doctor, which I said yes to but now they say they need faxed confirmation signed by me from my doctor to get the results sent? Overall the service while I was in there was fine but everything afterwards has been garbage.

Nurses rather talk about where to get drunk and their personal drama then help people.

Your experience here depends entirely on 3 major things. 1. If you’re there with an extreme emergency (I once was brought there in an ambulance) you may be treated with more patience but because of the sheer amount of people there they might forget to give you pain killers for an hour. BUT you will get treated (eventually)and the treatment is effective. Some staff is kind and some isn’t, but they have long shifts, don’t be rude to them. 2.if you have made an appointment online or on the phone, or if you’ve just showed up to the walk in clinic. People with appointments have usually made them 3-4weeks in advance, so obviously the clinic will treat them first and then treat you in any slots that aren’t taken up or people haven’t shown up for them. If you make an appointment, usually your doctors are more attentive and less cranky. 3. How understanding you’re being with staff. If you’re dealing with hospital staff that isn’t particularly helpful or cheery, you should think about how long their shift might have been and what they might have just dealt with. A lot of crazy things happen in clinics and hospitals, you’re not the only one with a problem there, and those people are dealing with all the problems. Be kind to them regardless and they will appreciate your understanding and may be inclined to giving you a little more time or effort.

David Danos (Dávid)

Cannot speak to the hospital in general, but the student services are abysmal and make me ashamed to say I am from UBC. Mental and physical healthcare is marred by long wait-times, apathetic front-desk workers and unresponsive care. For a uni this size, it is unacceptable.

Experienced the worst post surgical nursing care ever! Staff in recovery were wonderful but once on the ward they were either "busy" or had to go on their break so were unable to help you. The hospital physio was great and advised me to get up from bed as much as possible with assisrance however when I asked to get up to go to the bathroom the nurse told me to use the bedpan for my own safety, another said she was busy and again I was given a bedpan. I advised the physio who said he'd speak to the nurses but nothing really changed after that. I felt like a nuisance the 2 1/2 days I spent here. Very few of the staff showed compassion making you wonder why they chose the profession in the first place. Very surprising for a university hospital.

Sonia Wong Dewey

Excellent experience at UBC Urgent Care. Thank you so much to all the wonderful, kind, and caring nurses, doctors, and X-ray technicians who took such good care of me today. And I’m very grateful for our healthcare system and for the healthcare professionals who are taking care of all of us. Thank you.

Anthony (KevDaAwesome)

I waited for 2 hours to see a doctor because I had back pain and I could hardly move, they tell me I need an x ray. I waited two more hours and turns out they forgot to write my name on the x-ray list. I sit there for another 20 minutes before asking the nurse when I will get my x-ray. It's 930 by this time. She tells me "quite a while longer". Don't bother going here, I'd rather be in pain for 4 hours at home than this place.

The worst experience in whole my life. I waited for more than 3 hours and they told me I will be the first patient to see the doctor. Doctor came and asked some questions without examination. I told him if he wants to do examination, he told he will be back soon. I found out they were examining several patients alongside. Never suggest. Never

Worst ever! kept putting my calls on hold, lying that she could barely hear me. When I called back she asked if "my question was a medical question" . Are you not the medical personnel here ?! can't you obvious reason that my question was a medical question!

Kim Stellbrinck

Amazing service from the receptionists to the station supervisor and doctor. They took so good care of me, even asking if I wanted water with or without ice! The emergency station supervisor Gabriel was so caring and made friendly conversation. IF you have to go to a restaurant, this one is really good!

McAllister Pulswaithe

Went for a CT scan this morning, they took me right in & I was on the table within 20 minutes. I was walking out of the building at the time my appointment had been scheduled. I was expecting to wait at least an hour, like I did at St. Paul's a couple of times when I went there for a CT scan. The only things that wasted my time were the parking meters that always reject your credit card at least once, and the vending machines that need a user's manual to operate.

The attitude of the staff was excellent and the diagnosis and follow-up of the doctor was very good, but the space for visiting patients and receiving their information is very small, and unfortunately the social distance is not properly observed. Please make a secure environment for people with offer other options such as filling out information online or writing it down on paper or optionally selecting all steps. This method also prevents overcrowding because customers can fill in their personal information in their car. In addition, people who are not fluent in English can fill in their information accurately using translation software. Otherwise, do not be upset if customers receive incorrect or incomplete information.

After waiting almost 3 hours to see a doctor I experienced the most passive aggressive service ever. The doctor said they can't refer me to a specialist but that a walk-in-clinic can, and that my (year long) situation after a medical procedure wasn't an emergency despite my condition getting far worse today. Why'd they even see me then? A (white) family brought in a kid with a (presumably) ear infection and they were way nicer to them and I didn't hear this talk of that not being an emergency. I've been to hospitals and seen doctors in the US, Bangladesh, India and Thailand and they were always nicer, more professional, and their services were top-notch - nothing like what I've seen here.

I have had two joint replacement surgeries at UBC hospital. A knee replacement 16 months ago and now about to be discharged from shoulder replacement surgery. The doctors performing the surgery were experts in their field and I am full of praise for their skills. But what is really notable is the staff at the hospital. For both surgeries the pre-op nurses were incredible. From there the surgery nurses and anesthesiologists provide great comfort and calmed my dread anticipation. Post op same thing. Caring committed individuals. This followed by nurses on my floor so compassionate and caring I wondered if they were genetically pre disposed to care for people. Occasionally I would hear a patient on the ward grumble that the nurse did not respond quickly enough to his pressing the call button. I would often chastise these individuals suggesting these nurses had more than one patient worked long shifts and did everything humanly possible to care for all the patients. I am about to leave the hospital but the care and compassion that these people gave me will never ever be forgotten. Charles Minns

This facility provided excellent care to me. The receptionist was relatively fast and I really enjoyed the care my doctor provided me. He started with a greeting and then thoroughly asked me important questions and finally he prescribed me with some medication. He also provided me with a report at the end. I would recommend UBC emergency ????

The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable that they really made both visit’s this month (April/21) really enjoyable for surgery and recovery. The hospital is the cleanest and best in shape I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in over 5 different hospitals in the lower mainland. Bravo UBC hospital and staff you really out did yourself ????????????????????????

Kyle J.

Very rude, disrepectful, racist receptionist and nurses. Unhelpful visit. Would suggest go elsewhere for help.

Ruby Alice Collinson

The hospital staff were very friendly and understanding of it being my first time since young childhood of ever being in the hospital and my first time having surgery. Getting here was a little confusing but once I found parking (Paid) everything was fine. Very clean, friendly but for obvious reasons I hope I don't have to go back for anymore surgeries.

Ivan

Lazily misdiagnosed. Went in to get a skin condition checked out. My appointment lasted about a minute or two as the doctor barely glanced at it, told me it was ringworm and to get something from the pharmacy, and rushed me out. Fast forward 8 months and no results, went to see a dermatologist and they told me instantly it was 100% not ringworm and a potentially much more serious skin condition, got me a prescription and it cleared up in a week. UBC walk in was a huge waste of time and money.

I had a bladder biopsy done this past Dec.31, 2021 The care I received from the team at UBC Day Care Surgery was the best. Janna, Elizabeth, Lenardo ( I think was his name ) and Dr. Harriman along with the anesthesiologist were just great. Thank you very much Wishing you all a safe and healthy 2022! !

Mikaela Norkus

This was the worst hospital experience ever - I expected a lot more from campus health care. I was there for about 5 or 6 hours when there were only a couple of patients, and it would have taken a walk in clinic downtown about 1 hour. The doctors wouldn't listen to my symptoms, and convinced me that I didn't need simple tests that would barely take any time. How difficult is it to test someone for strep throat? Or listen to their lungs when they tell you they're having difficulty breathing? I highly recommend going off campus for health care if you need to see a doctor.

Rob Mcclean

I just wanted to give a shout out to the nurses who took care of me while I was in for a knee replacement back on february 7.Nan in the pre-op ward,Fatima in the recovery room and Ophelia who took care of me that first night .All three of you went above and beyond .I cant tell you how comfortable and secure you made me feel.Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was in TCU at UBC hospital for 10 weeks after surgeries. I was often left waiting for a nurse so I could brush and ready for physiotherapy. A few nurses were very helpful but many were there simply to get paid. A nurse told my attending nurse not to contact the on call doctor about my extremely swollen foot, despite the threat of a clot or dvt. Despote my surgeon's objection it was decided I'd be discharged. I refused. The food services are horrendous as is parking.

Silvia F.

After a very long day of waiting at UBC urgent care (completely understadable because it was busy) this nurse made me walk accross the length of the emergency room with a torn calf muscle because it was more comfortable for HER. Once I made it over (in obvious pain) she says "I didn't know you were going to be so dramatic" and then tried to fat shame me twice because my calf was "too" wide. Its no surprise she does not wear her name tag out for people to see. I came back the next day for some tests and was shocked to find her "training" a new nurse. She was sweet as pie while she was traininig but I really don't think she should be training anyone. My day 2 surprise was someone coming in to do my bloodwork. I questioned why they needed to do bloodwork for a torn leg muscle. Turns out nobody ordered bloodwork for me but somehow they had my name and were ready to draw. How does this happen?

Long wait time. I wouldn't go there unless it's after student clinic hours. The staff can be really rude and impatient. If you ask any questions they give you bad looks and make you feel you're wasting their time and "valuable resources". I came in with a pnuemonia and they sent me home with tylenol to rest out my "flu". I could have died but thankfully I had enough sense to go to the emergency care at VGH to get a proper diagnosed and treatment.

UBC is the best hospital in Vancouver by far. Urgent care is fantastic. The doctors and nurses are some of the best I have seen. I have been in hospitals throughout the Vancouver area the US and in seven different international countries. Long story. The staff is knowledgeable and caring, the doctors first rate. The only comparable care I have ever received was at a private hospital in Belgium. I always go to UBC urgent care first.

The woman who took my blood had ripped her glove and had 2 of her fingers (that were holding the needle) touching me. I never saw anyone wash their hands or use a disinfectant. The doctor, nurse and admin woman were very unfriendly. After asking around, I've found out that this is the last place you want to go if you need a clinic. Others have said, they've had similar experiences at the UBC clinic!

Absolutely horrendous experience. It’s an “urgent care centre” but there’s nothing urgent about it. The nurses are the slowest I’ve ever seen. I peaked inside and there are just nurses laughing and talking to each other. Don’t ever come here if it’s urgent. I can’t believe an ER is this slow. It’s an embarrassment.

UBC Medical Day Care - ladies are a delight to be around, super helpful, and made the process of IV comfortable.

Here on vacation from Ontario, girlfriend needed urgent care. In and out in less than 3hrs, blood work CT scan and Xray completed. Very fast, very helpful, thank you!!

pretty good hospital in terms of professionalism. However, UBC is notorious about parkings. I had difficulties finding a parking spaces and they are not cheap. If you are here for the first time, check the map to find not only the hospital but also the parkings that are cheaper. It seems like different parking lots have different prices.

World class in service, people, technology and the most beautiful setting campus I.ve ever seen. Thank you Dr. Peter Black and his team. I am privileged and fortunate to be a Canadian and thank you Tommy Douglas.

This building is pretty old and needs renovation. The parking is very expensive - $2 for half hour. The staff is good and helpful.

The "urgent care" opens from 8:00am - 10:00pm, therefore it should be re-named "we-don't care." During my visit to urgent care, I was feeling very sick and almost fell unconscious. I was greeted by a very short, cynical overweight female nurse and I was denied water when I asked for it, so I had to buy it from the vending machine. The black overweight female nurse was beneath contempt by measuring my blood pressure while texting on her phone and discussing jokes with her colleague. I have no desire to come back to this place again, and I recommend the nurses that work here to reflect on their choices of action. Nurses are respected for their caregiving and concern for human beings, the nurses that works here have decided to take an opposite approach to that assumption. It is truly a spectacle, and I was appalled beyond belief.

2022 - Dr Newton continues to exceed expectations, going above and beyond what we have experienced in a multitude of emergent environments. Even in the middle of pandemic demand. Bravo! Dr. Trevor Newton. Exceptional work. I cannot say enough good about this urgent care centre. I can only hope it is an example for the development of other similar health care environments. The nurses? Spectacular. Truly dedicated and skilled. The doctors are attentive and instantly focused on your issue. If only our GP’s could be influenced to work with such integrity.

Got lost a bit going to a different floor for an appointment but when I got there, staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The radiologist and nurse (still learning but thorough) were very pleasant. They were casual which made me feel at ease.

i feel a prejudice over my long hair, and aboriginal ancestry. however, it is a good place, once they find out you're really sick, or injured, they take good care of you, when it appeared i had cancer, the response was appropriate, yet, when i crushed my entire lumbar region and the sacrum, the doc gave me tylenol 3!, that was a inappropriate, i needed stronger meds, my doctor got me in in a couple of days, he changed it to just enough to keep it at bay. and has me on the appropriate meds. so, 50/50 depending on the doctors and nurses who're working that shift, that day.
