Did not have the a great experience there, the doctor didn't acknowledge me at all. Dr. Lui brushed off my comments and felt like he didn't really care about me there. Was rude to his medical student and the whole time I felt like I was just there for some experimental demo or lecture.

I got an appointment with this clinic after waiting for 8 months. My appointment was at 3:30pm on weekday so I had to take time off work, but when I got there, they told me I still need to wait extra 30 minutes at least to see the doctor. The receptionist gave me an attitude and said she can't do anything! Time is valuable for some people! When I have an appointment I expect them to respect it as much as I do.

Was referred to Dr. Ho by my family doctor for eczema. My appointment was at 8:30am, I checked in and was brought to an exam room ~5 minutes later. You need to buzz in to be let into the building. A resident, Dr. O’Connor, came in after about 10 minutes of waiting. She asked questions about my medical history, did a body exam and Dr.Ho then came in to take a look. I saw Dr. Ho for maybe 5 minutes max but he was knowledgeable and cordial. The resident handled the prescriptions and was very informative! The receptionists were nice enough and definitely not rude. Hopefully my next appointment is just as nice! There is underground parking available.

Met with Doctor Vincent Ho for mole removal. I gotta say this experience starting from consultation to treatment was just terrible. The consultation fee of $90 was not worth (paid towards the treatment fee). it was 5 minutes of assessing the mole and telling me the strict price of doing laser is $180 for 10 (no matter the size) For the big ones he says he has to do them several times which makes sense. Bargaining wont help, he sets the price. His treatment style is just disappointing. The laser process, he just lasers a bit of the mole for few seconds, very small pain. Worse part is that there is no ointment given before or even after the laser treatment. For treatment price like that you would at least expect ointment and tips for aftercare. He literally tells me "dont need to put anything on, just dont let it get wet" Sounded like a kid's advice. The 1st round of treatment was honestly ok and thats because I had ointment + cream to put on after every shower. Most of the shallow ones have fainted, but some of the small black moles could be seen which is unacceptable. The big ones only shrunk a bit in size which is fair. I totally understand his money making strategy, he uses fairly light laser technique making you come back for followup appointments. I just went back for followup appointment today, the 1st thing he said was "interested in treatment again okay?" Instead of checking out the moles he had treated to see how its recovering, he just wants my business. This shows to me how greedy of a man he is. I was not interested at all and left. In summary: There are better choices of doctors/clinics to go to. You will find better doctors who can take better care of you. Doctor Vincent Ho is overpriced, greedy for $, not worth. I really hope he sees this and realize what he needs to do better.

Twice arrived early and NEVER is Dr. on time. If there is a delay, courtesy to your clients by contacting them to advise Dr. running behind would be respectful and parking isn't free or reimbursed either. 1st appointment waited 1hr 10mins (reception & waiting room combined) before Dr arrived. 2nd appointment waited 50mins. Why...

Dr. Vincent Ho-Perhaps the man has some unresolved insecurity issue or thinks this is 1950 in some third-world country. Or simply just a miserable person. Extremely rude-to the degree that it was almost laughable...certainly one of the worst encounters I've ever had. Am being referred to another doctor.

Front desk didn't report my payment to the billing department who in turn advised equifax I was delinquent. Went to apply for a loan and this showed up which has severely affected my credit score. Very difficult people to deal with in trying to have this corrected. Nasty, rude and impatient front staff. They treat me as if I'm the inconvenience when it was their error.

Very upset at this place. Not only is the doctor running an hour late. Dr. Brian Kunimoto. But a curtesy call from the administrator at the front desk would of been nice letting the patient have the option of knowing not to be here on time for their scheduled appointment. Plus parking is $6.35 an hour. We live in a customer service time. Get with the times! Patients are what pay for your salaries. Have respect for their time

Dr. Kunimoto is so lovely! He is super knowledgable and always educates me on what is really going on with my skin. He also always has a funny or heartwarming story to tell. I leave with a big smile on my face everytime!

I waited a long time to see Dr Dutz... but it was SO worth it. He was by far the BEST dermatologist I have ever met and had treat me. I have seen several dermatologist in the past 5 years to treat my eczema and other ski conditions and no one has been able to properly diagnose and support me. I am so grateful for Dr Dutz and his team!!

I had an appointment with Dr Ho, who was pleasant and very knowledgeable. The appointment was efficient and quick (around 10 min). Reception and staff were courteous and helpful.

Dermatologist did not care or even take the time to address my concerns, gave me zero recommendations to help and when I went for another opinion elsewhere they were shocked this place didn't advise me properly. He was kind, but totally useless in helping me.

I waited for 3months for the appointment, but it's valuable. Dr Zhou only took 10min to finish the surgery, and he is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Seeing Dr. Zhou was a terrible experience. First of all, I waited 5 months for a dermatologist appointment. When the time comes, I arrive 20 mins early to my appointment but the doctor was 45 mins late. The receptionist did not mention that he was running behind upon check-in. When I went to the appointment, there was a residential doctor and student who examined me first and they were quite nice, super helpful, and very informative. However, when Dr Zhou stepped into the room, he was very dismissive and didn't answer any of my additional questions. He was in and out in about 3 mins. I wasted 5 months of waiting and now have to go back to my GP to see another dermatologist. Avoid this office if you have a choice!

Doctor Youwen Zhou cannot explain the course of the disease, said he don’t know why but insist his treatment was right and the only solution! Most importantly, he was very impatient, keep me waiting find the room for 20 mins, but came in just talked like 3 mins then stood up to leave regardless I was still asking questions. Thumb down!

I have seen Dr. Sunil Kalia a few times and it is a pleasant experience each time. He focuses on underlying skin issues and definitely cares for his patients by ensuring the treatment they receive addresses their concerns. I appreciated that he read my chart prior to each visit, which makes the experience more interpersonal and saves time. I am glad my family physician referred me to Dr. Kalia. He may seem quiet at first, but lightens the mood with his easy going persona.

Nice staff and facility. Not a big place but it does the job. There is coffee, water and a tv in the inside waiting room. Staff were all friendly and efficient.
