Youth program doesn't allow appointments to be made. They usually only schedule one nurse to work and this causes big waiting time for patients. Everytime Ive been to this clinic my wait time goes from 1 hour to 3 or 4 hours which seems ridiculous and nurses still take breaks like theres no people waiting for them !! So disrispectful and so disorganized . The clinic should really either hire more capable nurses or go back to the appointment system

they treat my very sick mother well and they are very attentive the doctors and nurses thank you may god bless you and your family

Came early friday too see my family doctor. They have a guy at the door handing out masks and hand sanitizer, it seemed to me they were taking all the precautions thumbs up.

Robert Bateman

Great clinic with great nurses! They took their time in helping me to heal. The nurses did not rush to push me out.

Sonia Ng

I got to the youth clinic at 9:30am and signed in. 1.5 hours later I asked how long it will take. She said I signed in at 10:38am. WHAT IS THIS? LADY IN THE BLOND AT THE REGISTRATION DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING. IT IS NOW 11am AND I AM STILL SITTING HERE WAITING!

Little slow on intake, don't go if in a hurry for other appointments.

Receptionists and admin are snarky & will tell you that your problems aren’t valid. Given that I’ve been with this place for 17 years, I think they should be able to know their patients better but new doctors love to think they’re top notch than their predecessors. I understand why Dr Eichhorst would want to leave this place.

Jacob Moore

Wonderful Doctors. Caring and companionate. As they have a lot of people coming in who are quite distressed some of the reception staff can be a bit degrading if you have that certain 'look'. In addiction services it can mean the world to be treated with respect and compassion regardless of how you look. I came in during a period when I was sick and not looking my best, my cell phone had died and I needed to make a call to get Picked up. The manager threatened to call the police after I got upset that they wouldn't allow me to use the phone. My cell phone was dead, and my charger for some reason wasn't working. They made me few so ashamed of myself and worthless. It was like how could I expect to use the phone. It was so degrading and hurtful. Other thand that one dent deal person, the nurses recepionists and doctors are beyond professional. They go above and beyond to help. As a result of Dr. Klassen and her colleagues for the first time I've been helped to really turn my heath And life around.

very bad service, it's almost as if they don't care when they really should

Kerry Gilks

This is THE ONLY MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OUTLET that treated my friend Toni at as a Human Being not just another number. They are a great bunch of caring individuals that are in the medical profession because they care about people and think everyone is Valuable!!!! Thanks so much right from the first phone call placed to Reception right up to the doctors..... The Medical Profession could take lessons from these people and try and follow their procedures, that people are people not just numbers and rules !!!!

Excellent care for all health services and staff are amazing

Wallis McMillin

Each time I’ve come in I’ve waited max 20 minutes if I go during youth hours, and the nurses are always empathetic, efficient and insightful. Can’t recommend this place enough.

British Columbia

The worst service across the board. Why government money goes to support this "clinic" is beyond me. This is supposed to be my primary care provider and they ignore every patient I have seen there including me. First, you can't seem to actually get in contact with care providers, be that your NursePract or a Doctor that you have/do see and need to follow up with because of the militant and incompetent admin staff at the front. Appointments can't be made and the rare time that your Nurse Prac/Dr does actually set up a followup appointment... the admin staff generally fails at charting these appointments or informing the practitioner that you are there making you miss your appointment and getting bumped off the list back to ... "walk in" which is ridiculous being that this is my Primary Care Doctor office where I was placed. If you've been forced here then I suggest we ban together and call our local MP's/MLA's to investigate how this clinic operates. Because it's not operating in the general public's best interest. I'm guessing the 5star reviews are staff or friends of people that work there and have never had to endure the hassle of getting in to see their primary health care provider. I get that some clients are hassle to deal with, but that's because they are struggling or are in pain. But it's literally your job to help these patients get the care they need efficiently and without being limited to care by your ego. Egos need to get checked at the door when you come to work. This clinic has made my health worse...than better. Physically, and mentally.

Worst place of to go if you have some emergency. Nevermind not taking the person in, but they started making fun of us as soon as we are about to leave by laughing loudly and saying that was not a emergency at all. 3/10

The nurses are amazing. Super professional and very caring. My family and I are very greatful. The personal of the front desk is really good too. The only thing is that they could use more budget for more nurses. The poor personal is always back to back with appointments without much buffer in between. I am not sure how much rest they get. I really like this place though

Emily

Amazing staff and service. They're all a little frazzled (overworked and underpaid) but no one has ever made me feel less than human and I've never heard anyone else have a bad word to say about them.

Bayan Mottahed

Came her for our sons two month Vaccinations. The team here were very helpful and sweet. Was a very good experience.

We come here for our baby's vaccines- the nurses are lovely and I've had no issues at reception. Also, when they checked on me 6 weeks post partum, they were so helpful, kind and warm on the phone. The only thing we don't love is how every time we go, someone in the waiting room has tried to approach or sometimes even wanted to touch our baby- in one or two cases it has been someone under the influence of something. But this happens a lot outside everyday too, I guess. It's just awkward.

I have been going for some time now. The best part of this place is that they kept seeing people during the pendemic. I really appreciated that. The only draw back is they are very busy. It is hard to get enough time in front of the dr. They have been kind, and try to help with whatever they can. Much appreciated Raven Song.

Useless...did nothing at all but irritate me. I've been suffering with a hernia for over a month now...can't walk to get my breakfast. Powell Street Clinic transferred my files over to Raven song because..."you haven't been here since 2013 so, we closed your file". I've never been to Ravensong and it's way too far for me to walk to...I can barely get around the block without my intestines travelling into my right leg...feels that way to me. I explained all of this to Ravensong and they said "you'll have to come in so we can meet you first, That's just the way things are done..." Do you see the problem here? Good...that not everyone is an educated retard...like those I spoke to today at Ravensong. --- First call: 11;00am...lasted too long, they told me they'd call back with more info. --- Second call: 3:00pm...because they didn't bother to call me. That call lasted over 40 minutes...only to end in the Catch-22 rendezvous. I'm still in pain, still hungry, still no help. If it were you in my shoes, you'd be pissed too. Luckily, I video recorded the cell I was using so, watch for that vid on my Channel here...soon.

Just a part of the problem to be honest. I went here and yea uh not helpful and I still can't get any medical help after getting in harm reduction programs 3 years ago. I dont have a GP anymore and raven song won't provide me any healthcare outside of incredibly dodgy and hard to book apppointments (because the doctor will literally only be there for an hour) for "addictions services" I am not allowed to talk about any other health concern with them so it's pretty useless. Expect the OD rate keep raising in this city long as healthcares bureaucracy is in the way

a 4 star medical clinic with a 1 star mental health and addictions unit. We refer to nurse Montana as 'The Appendix' for how useful he is.

Simran Gulati

Horrible horrible, and I really do mean horrible service. I have never felt so upset with any clinic where I felt the need to write a review. To be fair, it's mainly just the receptionist, she's rude, uncaring, and not well trained. Don't ever go there.

Greg Lester

This is a very professional clinic with helpful and competent staff. I suspect the whiners who complain about the place expect their every whim to be attended to. Unfortunately for them, this is not a private clinic. It is intended to serve the public & does not give preferential treatment to those who expect it be a private hospital. But as far as administering vaccinations and flu shots they are extremely proficient at what they do. If you want this place to be your mommy, then it is not for you. But if you want to be treated by experienced health professionals then it may be your kind of place. They do a good job.

Evan Voyageur

I come here to see a psychiatrist and a nurse atleast once a month. So i have access to help twice a month basically. The staff are very friendly and cooperative in non judgemental ways. After an experience back in Toronto with a Dr. I feel like compared to my old Dr. This experience is very colaberative and my health needs are properly addressed in a respectful way. Despite the number of people they see, I feel like my case is taken seriously and that the people I work with aren't over encumbered by a huge patient list. I'm very grateful I came here.

Bailey Higgins

Incredibly compassionate. Every staff member here will fight to ensure that you receive the best possible treatment. I have never had anyone (security, front staff, doctors or nurses) provide me with anything less than excellent service. For the first time in my life I'm starting to see that I'll be safe and taken care of, as all other treatment I've received has been unsatisfactory. If you are 24 and under or know somebody who is who requires help, please refer to Ravensong. They will support you through your whole journey, I promise.

Lexi Trenson

Had a very unpleasant experience with a certain receptionist. She was very judgmental and condescending. After arriving early for the youth clinic she told us to come back an hour later and when we did we had to wait behind 9 people and it took 2 hours even though we were the first people in originally. The actually staff is nice but no stars for reception.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been locked into….. once I went here the doctor I was assigned never did anything to help me, never called back to check up on anything, even after hospital visits (numerous) and avoided appointments like the plague all while not prescribing me any of the medication every other doctor said i needed / was entitled to go on to. Then to make things worse they wouldn’t let me change clinics anywhere else because this place was closest in my catchment area. I literally had to no move to a different part of town to get health care. You would be better off not having a doctor then getting locked into one here imo.

got transfered to this clinic they forgot to fax my perscripton that I need and now on the weekend there is no way to get ahold of someone. I'm choked

I really enjoy the mom baby group at Raven Song. All of the nurses do an amazing job and our family is very grateful.

I could only see my doctor half of the time I usually do because of an unprofessional receptionist. I got to the clinic fairly earlier than my appointment time and sat there about 40 minutes since I checked in with the receptionist. The receptionist forgot the one job she had and the doctor only could see me short amount of the time due to his next appointment. I recommend that always double check with the useless receptionist.

Scott

I came during drop in hours on a Sunday, this is the only place open Sundays and offering the test I needed. I was the only patient in the lobby, but was told they were not accepting new patients (I was drop in only.. I needed to see a doctor once only), and I was referred to a long list of other drop in clinics, many not open Sundays. The one that was open didn't offer the test I needed.. So why was I referred to it?

B Beam

0/10 Honestly the worst experience, my anger doesn't rest with any receptionist but the "Doctor" that saw me after waiting 2hrs+ for a 5 minute consultation. The young man walked into the room, hand-sanitized his hands, with the same purell soaked hands lightly touched my throat and told me to drink more water. I had STREP THROAT for another two-weeks waiting to get another clinic. He didn't even look in my mouth! My voice was raspy and exhausted when I asked him to look, he was halfway out the door and took a big sigh, "If it gets worse come back in..." f-kin arse

Sophie Nicole

A clinician here perscribed me birth control pills that are currently on recall for being defective. So I hate this place and will never go back, the stuff are outrageously uninformed about basic stuff.
