Great service to have. People need to realize it’s not the business fault it’s our government and lack of aid for mental health services. I’m a person that uses this service and I’m not the only one. Stop giving bad reviews and being so selfish. There’s a reason they aren’t answering your call Because there’s probably 10 other people that have their attention. Reviews for those that have stayed show the amazing support that the people here do. Before leaving a negative review consider my review. Also there are multiple other resources you can find online if this one just happens to be overly busy. If you really want help you will find other resources. It’s happened to me and I do.

They told me my problems werent a mental issue, they do not give equal support for everyone, they only help addicts which is stupid, because imagine being suicidal calling the canadian mental health association to be told that I dont have a mental issue and that they "cant" help me when I know people they help with money and homes while I've been trying to get a hold for help this whole month to be let down majorly. I feel super screwed over

I've been a few times in the past couple years, and they're very helpful. You can talk about what's going on, and they also refer you to programs to help further.

Have been calling for days just to speak to someone about Mental Health programs available in the area. No one has called back, and only have been able to reach an answering message. How disappointing and sad...I am not in crisis but have been in the past, and this kind of poor service is discouraging and unacceptable if you ask me....
