Very organized, my appointment was at 5:40 pm, I arrived at 5:30, got the shot at 5:48pm. Setup is efficient. My health card was checked 4 times during vaccination process, there is minimum chance of error. Great job by staff, students and volunteers.

I received my Pfizer vaccine at Medical Center 2 at the Boardwalk. It took only 30 minutes. Very well organized, professional and courteous staff and volunteers. Extremely clean, they disinfect everything between patients. Very impressive. Great job Warerloo Region and Health Canada. 5 flying stars.

Super organized process for COVID vaccinations (currently Pfizer is offered here). You arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment and there are volunteers, auxiliary officers, and nurses guiding you throughout the entire process. You show your health card multiple times after the first sanitization station so you might as well keep it out. Once you get your vaccine there is a 15-30 minute waiting area and they book you in for your second dose approximately 16 weeks from your first dose. You can’t take pictures inside. They provide you with an information sheet about side effects, a vaccine “receipt”, and a card with the date of your next appointment. The latter two you receive an email of as well.

Unfortunately there wasn’t a lot of information that I could gather from Google Maps if you’re coming here for my vaccination. I was able to get in and get vaccinated the staff was very professional and very polite. I took a picture since I couldn’t find hours of operation. Hopefully to help someone who may visit this location.

Had an appointment for my booster shot by 2 pm on Jan 7 but you have to wait in a long line outside the cold to get the vaccine. IMO, not the best place. It would be nicer if they said appointment doesn’t matter.

Pretty organized this Med Centre was. Big board outside that lets you know the timeslot currently being attended to. Join the line when it's around your time. Health Card will be checked multiple times so chances of something Important being missed will likely be reduced. Volunteers and medical personnel will guide you right from the door till when you step out, vaccine document in hand. Before you leave, your second shot will be booked and noted in the document given to you. Overall, once you step in through the door, expect the whole process to take about 20 - 30 minutes.

Thank you to Monica. One of the staff who did my Vaccine. When I go inside. She saw I was sweating. And keep asking if I need the cold drink. And she is also pretty understandable. She also send my vaccine receipts to my email. Big THANK YOU for Monica again. Hope I will see her in my third dose. (If we have to). P.S: For the drink, they have water; juice. (Well-prepared. Wow!) P.S: For the second part. My appointment is supposed to be 1:30. I arrived by nearly 1:20. She gives my vaccine right away. Staying I was stayed like more than 15 min. (Finished like 1:17. 15 min supposed to be till 1:32.) But I all the way stayed till like 1:40. (Just don't want to rush for my 204 buses, so, choose to take 14:15 ones).
