Signed up to for a family doctor and the first visit I had scheduled (In 2019) they got the time wrong and I never had to go back for any help. Now that I'm on a leave they told me I never registered (Despite getting a sticker on my health card with my patient number) and that I was removed - Literally the one point in time I needed help I was shut out and had to go to a walk in clinic. Attempting to get this resolved with this location they said I signed up for a new family doctor and they can't reinstate my patient status here (Going on leave from work has very time sensitive forms that needed to be filled out). Thanks for nothing

This is the most incompetent doctors office I’ve had to deal with. I’ve had my pharmacy fax them to refill my prescription 3 SEPARATE TIMES and dr walus office has never gotten back to my pharmacy and refuses to answer their phone everytime I call. Because of this I’ve had to pay fees on my refills on my medication. Avoid this place unless you want to deal with a bunch of morons who can’t be bothered to get back to their patients. Idiots.

Really nice building and doctors. Few different facilities on site. Lab testing area can be a long wait if you don’t come early or don’t have an appointment. Lots of parking.

This office is way to busy. Phone anytime when they are open and wait up to 10 mins while it rings. Then when it's picked up get put back on hold. Go into the office and wait up to an hour past your scheduled appointment even at 1000 hours.

Absolutely horrible. I've been having severe stomach pain for quite a while, but I can't book a follow up appointment for my most recent blood test. It's been almost two months, and I can't call the office because the line is ALWAYS busy.

Not impressed with this centre. Sure it looks pretty, but there is not much substance here. The online booking system is horrendous. I have to wait weeks to get an appointment date and when I do, it may not even be a day or time you wanted. Yes, that is par for the course, but when it takes so long to hear back from someone, it's an issue, especially if you need medication refilled regularly. Staff are cold, and don't treat you like a person. Paperwork has been lost. Half of the time I've gone, I haven't even been able to speak to my actual doctor, sometimes it's just an assistant.

The northfield doctors office.. Very rude receptionists. If you want to feel like a number and not a person, wait ridiculous wait times, deal with rude staff members and schedule 2 months in advance for any appointment.. than you found the right doctors office. Good luck with this place.

Probably some of the worst people skills in a building that I've seen in a very long time. You walk into the room where they do the EKGs and they just ignore you the whole time you're standing there and you're obviously standing there looking to ask them a question and then they just sit there and you respond with well I don't know I'm sitting here doing my work. it's like how dare I ever want to connect to another human being in the world and ask them a question about something that is perfectly reasonable. I really hope that I die in abrupt death and never have to deal with people like this in my old age. What a miserable time to be alive.

Has been very good for the whole family, including a 1 and 4 year olds. They are busy so getting quick appointments can be hard (probably why a second one is being built) I like the convenience of having everything on one site too.

Pretty disappointing experience here. I registered for my family doctor about a year ago, and that process was smooth. My family doctor, Dr.Zhou, was excellent. Everything else is pretty pitiful. They have limited hours when you can call in for an appointment (and good luck with the wait once you get through), almost no flexibility for appt. booking if you're trying to do it online, 1 month+ wait times for appointment, $20 prescription fees if you want to get a refill request sent over by the pharmacy, and even for that I had to wait over 11 days! Either they are understaffed, or the management is inept. Edit: owner replied to my comment. To owner: you can always reach out to me via email - I am in your system and my email address contains my last name (I think this is publicly visible). I have all my email history for this issue as well. When I finally went in person, my physician said she sent the prescription to the wrong Costco a few times. My prescription was only filled after I specifically sent the exact fax number they should be sending it to. I think they saw "costco" on the fax from costco, and just replied to the waterloo costco instead of Kitchener costco that is closer to me. Mistakes happen, but it blows my mind how this can go on for a month without anybody doing a proper investigation into why the refill wasn't going through. Not even a "sorry for wasting your time" or a refund on the fee. $20 is not breaking the bank, but a refund is at least a nice gesture for the inconvenience.

Very difficult making an appointment with the family doctor here, although they claim they have a group of doctors and nurses, the office was even closed around 3pm Wed. I also tried to call in the morning, the phone was always busy. Really want to switch my family doctors.

I will rate the facility itself. Although it seems many are reviewing the individual tenants. It's an easy place to find with plenty of parking. The elevators are always busy. But seem to be quick. I use the stairs. The bistro is ok. I like the fact they have so many services in one place. You can get bloodwork done there comparatively quickly. And there us a very friendly optometrist office in the top floor.

There is no proper communication to the center receptionist. If you try to call the number, it goes to VM box which is full and you cant do anything. I have been trying to for 4 days but no success. A million dollar building squeezing high rent from its tenants, but cant afford to have multiple phone lines and couple of operators. Ultimate frustration!

Fast as hell. Entered the center, filled out a form, got my shot, all within 10 min.

Difficult to book an appointment resulting from a runaround between their online system and calling in only to get disconnected during business hours. Dr. Emil Khalil tries to get me in and out as quickly as possible without hearing me when I explain the problem or wanting to look into it. He has recorded incorrect information on test requests and failed to input them into the system resulting in the my test being cancelled by the technician after I showed up as the incorrect test was written on my requisition form and upon trying to confirm the test they found that Dr. Emil Khalil had not bothered to enter it in the system. I had to rebook an appointment with Dr. Emil Khali and then reschedule another test. Now I need to book another follow up visit to look at those results and then try a 4th time to get a doctor to look at what I've said is bothering me. This is part of the reason there is so much waste in our healthcare system, doctors not wanting to take more than a minute to assess their patients. I had hoped that getting a family doctor could improve the level of care, but I honestly feel I was better off going to a walk in clinic. You might have to spend more time in a waiting room, but it was a much less frustrating experience.

Dr. Mary Jackson from CPS was very rude, arrogant and insensitive during my visit yesterday. There was one point during my breathing test she snapped saying 'that was bad, that was really bad'. I was not understanding how she was telling me to breathe for the exam. Maybe she was having a bad day?! Not my problem. I really hope she's doesn't have this attitude with everyone, especially seniors.

Had to have heart tests today..the office was very clean.They were right on time for my appointment. My tech was an amazing young man ,he was polite and very thorough his name was Cam and treated me with respect and kindness . I can't say enough positive remarks of this young man !

HORRIBLE Ultra sound Tech. I was there for an Ultra sound, and long story short the Ultra Sound Tech made decisions that were not hers to make. She refused to fill out paperwork for me to have Bloodwork done. The receptionist scheduled my appointment too late as well, so this caused huge issues. However, after I got Doctors office involved, the supervisor helped to clear it up. When I went to get my Blood work done, when I told the lady why my paperwork was not filled out she said- and I quote "She never should have said that. Never should have said no. That's not her decision to make." She almost made it so I couldn't have the proper testing done for my baby.

if I could give no stars I would... I'm really not impressed with the service I keep getting here. when I first went in , it was the first time in about 10 years due to me moving out of my parents place and not having a car. the temp doctor I had to deal with kept making rude remarks about how I hadn't seen a doctor in that time. the second time I went in I made sure to mention that I had a few things to talk about but the doctor still told me, and I quote " I don't have time for all of your s*** so pick one and book 3 more appointments to discuss the rest of your concerns". I live about an hour away and made that clear to the receptionist but I still ended up having to book 3 more appointments and book time off work to make it to them!!!

I suggest do not got to this facility. Especially not to Dr. Sahota. She do not have experience. She doesn't take her notes for future references, she doesnt even listen. Never explain details about treatment. She needs more professional development. Now I am going to another family doctor. I highly don't recommend Dr. Kamaljeet Sahota.

Hard to get through by telephone to schedule an appointment. Poor health care; rarely see a doctor for longer than 5 minutes despite waiting for 1+ hours. They’ve lost test results, causing me to reschedule an MRI appointment. Not recommended.

If you want to sit in an expensive and wonderfully designed sitting area this is the place to go ~ if you are looking for good health care please go somewhere else because this facility is a pathetic example of client care. Should have figured that out when I sat for over an hour waiting for my first booked appointment to learn they "missed" me in the waiting room....then had an ultrasound booked for damaged knee and waited over a month to hear back from the doctor about the results to be told by someone who finally picked up the phone at his office "no news is good news" .... please go somewhere else....there is no empathy or human consideration here.

Its less than star the worst place, I went there for emergency but the Ductor was not there, I took my son yesterday for unkle enjury and swelling it was 6Pm and they close 8 pm and they refused to accept my son, how can i make a complaint i am very upset???????? and my son is still in pain.

Waterloo Vision Care Clinic is definitely THE WORST clinic. They have the worst customer service, with one of rudest and uneducated floor staff. They couldn't care less about patients, and put on a fake smile. I don't even want to get started on the clinic manager, who could use a lesson on how to speak to patients with respect. Not sure who hired her as the manager, but big mistake. If you can't handle answering questions with patience and integrity, friendly suggestion - don't be in customer services.

JUST TERRIBLE!!!! I am a patient there and I am dropping it off. Doctors are fine, but all people at reception treat you with disrespect, they are TERRIBLE regarding public relations, they talk to people like they are talking to a bad child, they have bad attitude in their tone voice towards people, never mind calling for an appointment which they make you wait for 10 minutes and it's not because they are busy, but it's because they created a culture attitude to make people waiting. Somebody should denounce them to their boss or other authorities. Trust me, we're in the 21th century, this kind of people should not be in a reception where ill people needs attention.

Everytime we come we wait about an hour. I have an infant and this is completely unacceptable. I have waited half an hour on the phone before just to speak to a real person. Would not recommend.

In regards to the building itself - it is beautiful and clean with lots of parking. The pharmacy on the ground floor is very convenient for getting prescriptions refilled. I have Dr. Ly and she is a phenomenal doctor! She is very kind, patient and does not make me feel rushed even though I know that she is VERY busy. Though the reception area is busy, they are efficient and kind as well as accommodating. Highly recommend.

The Worst experience... I had my Gastric X-ray 3 days before. Went there with my 9 months old baby in so bad weather ful of snow and wind. Did my 8 hours fasting also for the test. But they refuse to take me as I was just just 8 mins late. And they have written on their desk if more thn 10 mins late thn reschedule but I was less thn 10 mins. I request the receptionist to plz give me some flexibility as I am with an infant in this bad weather but they refuse... they waist my time and also gave me wrong information on phone when I was booking an apointmnt that u can bring ur baby with u for X-ray. They also didnt give me a reminder call for my test. They have less educated people sitting their n treating the patients. They dont know what to say to patients. They r not respecting them and showing some sort of Discrimination... I was very upset. I will not recomand this place for any type of medical treatment. Plz dont go if u have option or if call them before ur visit to confrm the requirements and always ask the name of person booking the apointmnt.
