Exemplary care from front reception to consultations. . Was indeed an urgent case, and the staff were professional, efficient, reassuring, and very kind. In these times where health care workers are over burdened with crisis management and lack of staffing, they did an excellent job of care, with a warm professionalism I was very grateful for.

Called in at 830 am . Told the line wasn't open until the clinic open. Called at 9 am to be on hold for 20 mins for the line to say they were busy and to call back later and drop me. Called back and waited another 20 mins to be told they were full. This is health care in Canada now. Wake up.

What is the point if you can't even get in? Have called for 3 days in row now- they will not let "new" patients come into their walk in clinic, have no choice on day 3 of strep (something I get several times a year) to go to the ER. Everyone involved in this clinic should be ashamed of themselves. Absolute failure

I was able to call this clinic ahead of time to get a same-day appointment (and only had to be on hold for a few minutes). Getting in and out of my appointment was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and professional.

My experience here was wonderful, especially after two trying experiences at other clinics. It is so hard to see a doctor in person these days! I arrived shortly after they opened after being turned away at another clinic cause they were at capacity. The folks at the front desk were polite and professional and they were able to book me in to see a doctor a few hours later. The clinic is very clean and the doctor was considerate and knowledgeable. What a relief to find this centre.

if you need to go to an urgent care clinic, make sure you get there at or a little before opening time to ensure you get a spot for that day. i went in at 9am (hours on google were wrong) and the clinic was already at capacity for the day. the nurse was very nice and helpful and offered alternatives for me. the building is newly renovated and does not have a depressing vibe!

This clinic is great, if you can get in. The problem is they only do by-phone appointments and their phone system will drop calls so if you call early you won't be put on hold until you can make an appointment but will end up having to desperately try to redial and end up at the back of the line and often end up not getting an appointment at all.

A glass splinter in my foot had to be removed. I was able to get an urgent care appointment. The staffs at front desk were cordial. Dr. Smith did an excellent job removing the splinter. I had travel plans and was thoughtful of those in his decisions. The nurse (My bad, forgot the name!) administering the tetanus was friendly as well. Overall got the job done and a pleasant experience.

This is the best same-day care we have received since the pandemic started. They are super accommodating and do their best to see you the same day. The doctors are very thorough and the facility is very clean. I don’t feel rushed in and out like I do at many walk-in clinics. My son was able to get a same-day strept test there when I couldn’t get him in anywhere else.

If you can get in the service is exemplary. If you are trying to make an appointment or register with the clinic—good luck!! Registration has to be by phone and twice I have called exactly when I was informed to call and both times, following a lengthy time stuck in elevator music hell, someone picked up and advised me that they were not taking any further registrations and to call back next week.. Extremely poor planning on the part of the province. Somebody needs to share with Mr. Dix that there is something called technology that would a) handle calls in the order that they are received and b) opportunities for online registration. Absolutely deplorable but par for the course in this province where healthcare is obscenely absent.

It is NOT OK that you are kept on hold for 20 minutes before it goes to a message saying "please call back later" We could be trying a different clinic instead of wasting time. This NEEDS to be fixed!!

Honestly, I am beside myself. I used to live beside the old clinic and sustained a workplace injury and that was the clinic i had to go to. I have since moved further from the clinic, but need to return for said injury. Its been over a year and it has gotten worse. I need my medical records from the injury. I need to SEE the doctor. I NEED TESTING. I call, and i call, and i get hung up on after "holding the line" time and time again. Now it just rings.. and rings.. please, very real people with very real problems need to at least talk to somebody and be acknowledged. Im starting to think its some sort of sick game because the front desk doesnt want to deal with "needy" people. "Call back at 830". I set alarms, i call, i wait. I get through at 830, and get put on hold ..just to be hung up on. Tell me what i am supposed to do here. All im ttying to do now is call about my medical records just someone please help me i am in agony.

My wife was referred to tge clinic on an urgenr basis. Appt made for next day. We were met at the car by nurse Keeley ..seen by Dr Smith and given prescription Service was amazing...thankyou.

I'm sure they're great if you can get in, but I'm on hold on my fourth attempt today at calling and every time I come off hold the phone just rings through and then says they're away from their desks and to call again.

Been trying to get in for the past week. Every time you call in, you’d be asked to phone the next morning at 8:30 and no one ever answers until 9 and they tell you it’s all booked up! Ain’t no purpose for that walk-in

Amazing staff and amazing doctors! Edit: I have some more time so I wanted to add, I've seen two doctors here in person and they were both the most thorough doctors I've seen in Victoria. They felt around my area of worry, gave me treatment options, and make sure my questions were answered. I suffer from bad anxiety so when I asked "is it possible it could be x thing?" they explained perfectly why my worry didn't fit my symptoms which gave me so much peace. They didn't brush it off or think I was overreacting for having worries. I truly recommend this place, best care I've received in Victoria. The front staff are also very kind!
