The tech was judgemental regarding an upcoming procedure I am having to improve my health. It was very surprising to me to receive such judgement when receiving healthcare. It did not make me feel safe. It was the female ultrasound tech. Not happy.

Bf was there said receptionist was very short tempered. Slamming thiings down. Not much help. Said she was very cranky with everyone. If you cant deal with people. Dont be in a job that is fully people orientated.

Went for a Bone Density test. The technician said my doctor would have the results by the end of the week. That was more than SIX weeks ago and still no results.

Not helpful infact never took a moment to listen to me when I explained that I was not available on the days being offered for scheduling. Apparently only can schedule for Fridays. When I answered assertively, now I am the issue. Receptionist even made a call to say I was rude Avoid going here, your time is worth more than having to deal with nonsense
