this hospital gets 100 millions dollars donation from Canadian yet has WORST DISTURBING GENERAL TELEPHONE System and Administrative Management. For example; I have business just by MIR Department; which has its on Direct Phone Number that could be printed on the letter to me. But the letter I got for the day of MRI had general phone number and it was impossible I get through because asking as Patient No; bbut I am not patient yet

The GI Clinic is one of the worst places to be. Asking patients to wait more than 2 1/2 hours for their appointment when they've been fasting for 24 hours and getting annoyed at patients when they ask when they'll be seen. No empathy or care for patients at all.

People giving lowest rate because they didn't find 'signs' or they had to wait is just unbelievable! This is a cancer hospital, not a 7 star luxury hotel, they are there to save lives, not to pamper people. It is a great hospital, reference on cancer research and their staff is amazing. I am extremely grateful for having them to take care of me, specially nurses and doctors for obvious reason, but they are all important: receptionists, maintenance, administration and so on. Thank you so much, you guys give hope to people!
