Garbage clinic. Doctors don't listen to their patients, no matter how much they beg for help. My partner has gone there almost monthly with a cough that leaves him gasping for air, and the best they do is prescribe him an inhaler and get him out to clear the line. Disgusting.

The worst walk-in clinic I’ve ever been. Went there last week for getting a referral for x ray and then the doctor forgot to sign on the referral letter!! I came back the other day and the front desk said the doctor was not there. And there’s I’m possible to find the phone number of this clinic so if u want to contact anyone from this clinic, please walk-in to talk!! And maybe they are closed???? they never follow their operation hours. I came back today because the doctor asked me to come to see him today. And their operation hour for Thursday should be till 8pm!! But! They were closed early today since 5pm????????????

My experience with this clinic was excellent. Before coming here, I had checked out a few of the other clinics who all had ridiculous waiting times, stuck up staff, and dated facilities. The new facility for this clinic was nice, clean and brand new. The admin staff that greeted me were prompt and polite, and Dr. David was the same. He was prompt, straight to the point and accommodating.. He's also got a good sense of humour which I love. I had an out of province health card which wasn't an issue here - they've also got the pharmacy in the same building, which is super convenient and the pharmacist was equally awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Although wait times can be considerable- it is a walk in and that is to be expected. As far as actual medical care, they have been worth the wait. I have seen two doctors there on separate occasions and both were concise but thorough and answered my questions. On two occasions they have saved me from the additional problems from a misdiagnosis from another doctor.

Dr. Probizanski is a good doctor. Listens and tries to help you. The other doctor, Juvshik or whatever, the worst doctor I have ever seen. Seems like he's a racist dotard. Didn't even care about the health concerns I had, assumed I wanted opiates or something. I will never go to this walkin for anything unless the cool doctor in. Hopefully these old idiot doctors retire soon and make way for the younger generation who understands today's patients.

Do not go to this walk-in clinic. The Doctor that myself and my family members have dealt with here is very unprofessional. Health care settings are supposed to be kind, welcoming and safe places to state your concerns of health. This place was the exact opposite. The doctor was so rude in the way she spoke to me, it felt like I was being belittled over my health concerns that I was trying to express and she would interrupt me constantly. She never took any of my concerns seriously and told me she wouldn't do anything to help me, not even a simple referral for blood work when I asked. I will be filing a complaint against this with the CPSO. This was unacceptable and it caused me a lot of unwanted stress and anxiety, something I definitely did not need whilst I struggle with other health issues.

I originally gave them 2 stars and wrote a negative review about a doctor and a person at the desk that were simply awful, and I stand by that. However, I took my daughter in and they were great this time. That staff were helpful and polite and the doctor was great. I'm not sure if they did a purge or I got lucky, but my last experience was quite positive.

Earlier in January, I contacted them due to the fact I do not have a family doctor, and needed to get imaging done due to an issue with my wrist. The clinic received my X-ray report and had still not contacted me after 6 weeks, So I began calling weekly. Most times I try to contact them during their open hours, I get a voicemail that it indicates is never checked. When I did get through, they repeatedly told me they have never received my X-ray report, even though other specialists of mine had received it and reviewed it with me. I needed them to follow up and order an MRI. It appears they have no system for following up with patients when they receive reports they ordered. After nearly 6 months of trying to contact them, I managed to get them to refer me for the MRI that I actually needed. Now again, they are not contacting me to follow up with my MRI results. Every single time I call during their business hours, no one answers, and I am forwarded to a voicemail that is not checked. UPDATE: They saw my review, they called me immediately. Admin staff say they were trying to contact me earlier this month to set up a follow up. I am suspect but at least I got my follow up.

Doc Prob relates to me on a personal level ... Talks to me like a friend and I appreciate that. There is no problem asking the receptionist how long the wait will be and then go do something else while waiting. ... Which makes the other reviewer an idiot I suppose.

Staff is friendly and very helpful; I had to come in twice over this week and I saw Dr. Everall both times. She was fantastic, very reassuring and a great practitioner.

Hi, how can I get a hold of you all? I would like to make an appointment to get my results from a MRI I had on Saturday, November 30, 2019! I should not have to stand in line to find out my results! It is TOTALLY wacked. Call me you know my number.! Have somewhat of a day!

I’ve been there the last 2 days. They have a sign that says they open at 1pm. No one shows up. The least they could do is put up a sign that says when they will actually be open.

Won't help patients. Doctor seen thinks anyone without a family doctor despite being on the list for a year must be a drug seeker. Rude and shocking that this person has a medical license. Lies to patients also seems to think us "drug seekers" don't know how to Google.
