My experience with working with the staff at Skyline Living, has been extremely positive. They take time and care to ensure that the building and grounds are very clean and very well maintained. Skyline and their local staff have proven to be a company that invests in their properties to provide a modern, clean, energy efficient place for people to call home. David, Janette, Kenzie, Mike jr, Mike Sr, Deb and Audry are locals that care. Keep up the great work.

Needed a place to rent for university in Thunder Bay and decided to rent from skyline. Biggest mistake ever! Lived with mold for 3 months that grew all over the wall and into the bedroom. Slow to deal with the situation and told me constantly it wasn't a big deal. Had to leave the windows open in the winter because the smell got so bad. Decided to talk to upper management to negotiate some sort of compensation and was told for a year that the paper work was processing. Just so happens that a year and 1 week after fixing the issue they said they won't do anything and to take it up with the tenant board, which just so happens to only cover issues up to a year. Management did nothing and upper management did absolutely nothing but lie through their teeth. They are not honest.

Worst management ever. All they want is your money one away or another. Had bedbugs all over the apartment and management brought in a guy who was just harassing us. We had to keep our cloths and other belongings in garbage bags for more than 4 months and still could not get ride of bedbugs. I would suggest to get a better place or even smaller place for same amount of rent and not to rent here. They asked us to throw away things laying in the hallway while we were moving out despite the fact that those things did not belong to us and they would charge us for disposing it.

Horrible management with no customer service training whatsoever. They will make you pay for cleaning and claim that no was cleaning was done even if you cleaned. They sent me a bill 5 months after I moved out saying if I didn't pay within a week they would send it to third party debt collector and effect my credit. The collections supervisor I dealt was horribly rude, inconsiderate and had no compassion whatsoever. I would not recommend renting from them.
