This office is horrible. How can you treat a patient the way you treat potential patients? Awful service. The doctors and admin staff are not on the same page and don’t know how to communicate. The doctors here are entitled, narcissistic and unprofessional. If your doctor wants to refer you to them, say no and ask for another suggestion.

So far so good. Dr Segal is thorough checking background history examining me and offering options for follow up. He’s young intelligent. Rose administrative assistant is very nice extremely helpful.

Been dealing with a stomach issue for about 5 years now , no doctors anywhere have been able to confident tell me anything I was registered with dr malhotra for an over the phone appointment witch in turn took close to 8 months to receive the first phone call To essentially be told my daily stomach pain and regular sickness is due to being high in anxiety and depression All this being told me in a matter of a 10 minute conversation When contacted by his secretary about question I was given rude remarks I do not reccomend the practices of NEEL Malhotra

The Dr was friendly, prompt and explained everything that was going to happen (and could happen). Amber was friendly and prompt in returning phone calls. I appreciate the care they gave me. I've only been a patient of Dr. Malhotra for a short time. But, in that time I've been impressed by his professionalism. He's very good at thinking holistically and looking at both medical and lifestyle changes. I also find his receptionist to be both friendly and highly professional. One of the best I've come across.

I am soooo impressed and thrilled with Dr. A. Shetty and his Assistant, Laurie! They are both soooo professional and helpful! I am looking forward to Dr. A. Shetty re-locating to MGH! How wonderful it is to have an office (especially nowadays) actually return your phone calls! I am a retired medical assistant/transcriptionist/secretary for the past 40 years, so I know first-hand about how patients SHOULD be treated!! Looking forward to meeting Dr. Shetty personally on Nov. 30th, 2021!!
