Where is the zero star option!?. This hospital treated my wife like a useless junkie when she came in having heart attack symptoms. She was actually had a blood clot. The staff and doctors were rude and ignorant and demeaning. I wouldn't take my dog here.

Went to the emergency departments stitches with one of the kids. We were in and out in under 90 minutes. Fantastic job

The doctor is very kind and professional! The nurses also take care of it! I like here!

They've stitched me up here and there, and fixed bones, sometimes a long 2 hour wait, sometimes 30 minutes in emergency. Good place to go for any ailment.

I honestly can’t get over how people decide on a career only to hate their jobs. Came in from out of town as we were traveling back home and my elderly mother couldn’t take the pain with her lower back any longer. She fell this afternoon and couldn’t even stand up straight. Sadly St Mary’s hospital was the closest. The receptionist who we initially gave moms information to, as soon as she seen we were from out of town, the look on her face completely changed along with her snotty attitude. Then the sign outside the emergency entrance door states, “Patients will see seen in order of priority, Not in order of arrival. Then watch a seemingly healthy middle aged woman waltz right in 5 minutes after her arrival. Then another woman walks in and says to reception that she needs her 8-10yr old brat daughters vitals checked and watch them just walk in like they own the place... Then listen to her scream at the top of her lungs for the next 15 minutes. Certainly makes a person feel the patients from town have obvious priority over anyone else. Another guy from out of town with a piece of metal in his eye has been sitting here for the past 4hrs and yet he doesn’t seem to take any priority. God help this once great country and people who used to care about others and used common sense bc it seems pretty uncommon anymore

I brought my 86 year old dad in for a COVID assessment appointment on Jan 26/22 after he had been suffering for 2 weeks with symptoms that were not getting better and right from walking in the door we were treated with positive energy and a feeling of care that was palpable! Cheery Nurse Adrienne got all the necessary information and vitals whilst making us feel totally at ease and then communicated it all to Dr. Dave and Landon and after they were finished with their assessment, we saw there was light at the end of the tunnel. They were an awesome team that completed everything from the assessment, to the X-ray, to the prescription, all within an hour! Just wanted to share our sincere appreciation for the COVID assessment team at St. Mary’s! You must all be COVID exhausted, but you didn’t show any of that to us! Thank you so very much for the jobs you do. ????

The worst hospital I ever been too. Not only was the wait terrible, the receptionist was beyond rude to me. Seemed to not care or enjoy her job. Now the triage nurse... the rudest most unprofessional and bias nurse. Not only did she make an unprofessional and inappropriate comment about me not using contraceptives with MY boyfriend which was a bias opinion and not needed. She was rude and even asked why I would even choose this hospital to go too. She did not seem to care about my visit or symptoms. I would never recommend such a dirty and uninviting hospital to anyone. Not only was it unsanatary with needle caps on the floor but the nurses and other employees lacked empathy and professionalism and were just plain disrespectful and burnt out.

Extremely long wait time ( highest wait time I have ever noticed ) . Don't go here if possible. This clinic definitely need some changes in the way it's handling the queue of patients. At least they should tell the patiensts that the wait time will be half day. Hospitals like this are a waste of tax payers money.

Just spent 2 nights and parts of 3 days at this hospital the week of Oct.27, 2020 with a gallbladder issue. From registration at ER to discharge 3 days later i received fantastic care administered by caring, knowledgeable and friendly nurses, doctors and staff. A big thank you from the Voyce family.

Multiple terrible experiences at this hospital. Just because it is covid does not mean there are no other sicknesses or injuries going on. How about we care for people instead ?? You can drop the rude attitudes and leave them at home. When a person is going to the hospital they are in a vulnerable state. They are scared and they are worried. You need to besupportive and caring to those people.
