Tout ce qui permet de trouver le temps moins long c'est un questionnaire sur la santé sur un écran télévision qui est tellement mal centré qu'on doit deviner la moitié des phrases...

Finding someone to speak to is impossible. Finding a doctor to see is impossible. The service is awful. I have tried calling based on their 'rules'-- to call at 8:00am the day of to see a doctor or at 6:00pm for the following day, but every time I do call I don't get through the automated system which is only in French despite the fact that they say they provide services both in English and French. I have called both at 8:00am and 6:00pm multiple times and have not reached anymore. I don't have a family doctor, but it shouldn't be this painful to find a doctor to see. The system in place is broken... and in fact it's quite problematic for Anglophones trying to find a clinic and a doctor to see
