The best service I’ve ever received. I am originally from Scotland and I am living in Canada with no health insurance. This clinic helped me through a though time and I was seen by Dr.Yang (gynaecologist) who was very professional and skilled. The best interaction with a medical service especially here in Canada. Thank you for all that the clinic does - it is appreciated so much and I’d recommend this service to anyone who is in need and does not have healthcare. Very friendly reception staff and nurses who really made the experience less frightening for me and also made the process super easy. Thanks for all your help.

My mom called this place and received the worse treatment from the receptionist that picks up the phone ones you deal 1. Didn't even let her speak, yelled at her and ended up up cutting the call. This is unacceptable and very unhuman. I have heard before the same things from this receptionist! They need to so something about this !

Me and my family always go to them to consult doctor and they are so helpful and advice able even sometime they give us free medicine too.i really liked this place they are doing for humanity. Try to give 5 stars as much as you can so this place get more bigger and expands his roots more an more by helping non insurance patient with no profit motive. Thanks so much we appreciated you all staff and doctors.

They dont do ultrasound in the last working hour of day. If timing says open till 7 pm, they will give you last appointment for 5 PM.

My parents (91 and 92 years old) were having trouble booking appointments for their COVID-19 boosters through the provincial booking site. I reached out to my parents MPP, Christina Mitas' Scarborough Centre Constituency office on January 5th, 2022. By January 7th Ms. Mitas' office put me in touch with the Canadian Centre for Refugee and Immigrant Health Care who in conjunction with the Scarborough COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic were offering in-home vaccinations for Seniors. Incredibly, during the morning of January 8th Dr. Paul Caulford was able to visit my parents home and give them their COVID-19 booster vaccines!!!! My parents and I would like to express our sincere thanks to Libby Andaya and Dr. Caulford of the CCRIHC and MPP Mitas for their incredibly prompt response to our concern about the difficulty to book a booster vaccine appointment. My parents are now able to rest easy knowing that they have enhanced protection against COVID-19. Stephen Conquer

This clinic is very kind and has the best people there to help the needy. My parents were visitors from India and didn't had insurance, my father was not well and he had to consult a doctor soon. This clinic asked us to visit them on the day we called and they arranged for Blood test and Ultra sound as per Doctors advice in a very short time. I experienced this clinic does a great job for the people who are new to the country and do no have insurance. I dont have words to explain how helpful the Receptionists, Doctors and Nurses are here. Please up the good work, Thanks for being so so kind and nice. May god bless you and your family always !!

Really helpful Centre. If they had more funding and were able to do more, they would have. The staff is very helpful and professional. They assisted me when I had no where else to turn being a newcomer to Canada; and I just want to thank God for leading me here. I just had the most sad experience with the receptionist here. She was so rude and I was asking about my resuts from a test she didn't even let me speak and hung up the phone. I'm in so much pain and she didn't even care to find out if results were in. So sad. They need another receptionist.
