This walk in clinic is located in a mini mall on the corner of Goulais Ave. and Second Line West. The clinic is only a couple of years old, but has been a godsend for the far Westend citizens. It also has a nice little drug store which is conected to the clinic. I have never been to the clinic for medical reasons, but you can see it through the glass doors in the pharmacy. The pharmacists are very welcoming and both pharmacy and clinic are clean and organized.

Absolutely horrible. Understaffed and do not call patients back. Worst medical facility in this city hands down. Might be worse than the hospital. Half an hour before the clinic is open and there's 20 people packed into the front of a pharmasave. Avoid this clinic if you can horrible horrible experience.

The doctors are nice and even though they couldn't fully treat my issue they at least told me what was wrong. I just wish they were open more days of the week.

Jessica the receptionist at the Clinic for Covid 19 Swab was terrible. She yelled and were patronizing with international patients and new comers. She had an amazing memories and remember every single person to know if they were in her shift or not, which were from Monday to Thursday. I got my test done on Friday and was told that the result should come back on Monday November 9 2020 by their testers. First thing she told me was that the result won’t be back till 7 days after the test was completed. Doesn’t even bother to check at all with her head look down to her personal things. Waiting for the result is not a problem to me, but be patronizing educated by their receptionist like this, not a doctor or a nurse is unacceptable. This clinic is the only one that has Covid test on demand and i am afraid to be back cause i’m so scared of Jessica now!!!
