Good service the tv doctor thing is a little weird but the only thing i think they could work on is that if you need to call them for any reason good luck they never answer and that kinda sucks especially when you live in Goulais or even further so a simple question turns into a trip into town.

Very friendly and helpful people work there, both at the walk-in clinic and the pharmacy. My issues were addressed satisfactorily and I'm very thankful for the young people there training in the medical field. The online Doctor was also very helpful. I'd highly recommend this service.

They not deserve any single rates.. I went 3 time around 2.30 and they always told we not taking more patients.. then y they says open till 4.30????. They won’t work.. my mom got red bloody eye. I saw him too and he told me I can’t do that anything.. worst services .. even can call no services provide their .... ????

Nothing but awesome, they ordered tests when the er dr said they weren't needed to discover a major issue, discovered underlying issues everyone else missed. The Dr at the clinic is wonderful, helpful and always concerned. The Dr on screen is amazing, helpful,and just wonderful, I am very thankful they are here.

Currently upset with this clinic and their setup just a heads up ,call in instead of checking the website because they do not put up on their website when they are temporarily closed.they only put it on their voice messaging system which for some they usually just checked the website and see hey it's open okay we can go.also I find their service to not be as great the people working in the pharmacy there are fantastic but I find it very slow and sometimes depending on the doctor a little bit unprofessional.

A great alternative to the Emergency Room at SAH. The wait times are considerably shorter, though space is rather limited. However, they don't perform examinations or blood work on site. But if you have a minor injury or illness, it's more than adequate.

I showed up 2 hours before the clinic closed and they weren’t taking anymore patients. The place was empty and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Horrible healthcare

Only come here for a prescription refill and I always end up waiting 2-3 hours in a gross unsanitized place where the so called pharmacists just stare at you. Always a waste of time but I have no choice. I dont have a doctor.

What an absolute joke. Waited hours only to find out it's a Skype webcam remote place that isn't helpful at all. Not to mention the place was filthy and gross. If you have a real problem go anywhere but here. Health care in the north is an embarrassment.

Feb. 06 2020 I tried to call to see what the wait times were, because last time I was there a week or two ago they were 4 hours. Today I thought I would call first but the message was old January! So what to do? Go down and find out they are full.....I guess.

Sketchy. You see a man that isn't a doctor or a nurse for that matter, and you Skype a doctor for advise and a prescription. I wasnt even asked if I had allergies. Extremely slow service and unprofessional. Save your time and go elsewhere

The person ( Farrid Ibrahim) who claim he is a doctor, is nothing but a lazy person, he says that he is a doctor but I highly doubt that, he took way too long to see the first patient, he alway blame the doctor on the screen for being slowly but the fact is he is just trying to get an excuse to sit and look at his phone and he brings his dog to the clinic which in my opinion is not right. I recommend not to see him as he is not professional at all, and rude person. Idk how such a person is there still working with all bad habits he has. shame on u

Place closes at 4:30. I showed up at 12:15 on a TUESDAY and was turned away "due to the high volume of patients we aren't taking any more patients" there were 3 people sitting waiting to be seen.... Over 4 hours before closing time. Brutal.

Half the time the clinic isn't open, the other half they blatantly disregard the welfare of their patients. Would not recommend.

Just left there and the employee behind the glass put his jacket on and was walking out as i was walking in. Talked to the people behind the pharmacy desk and asked if they were gone for the day and she must of notice me looking at the sign with the hours 9-4 and said they were full for the day. No one there and not likely there was several people in the examining rooms. This facility does not look like its very well managed.

Went there three hours before they were supposed to close there was literally two people waiting in line and they werent taking new patients because they had to many... Sooo upsetting

Worst walk in clinic ever!!!. Had a note up halfway through the day saying not accepting more patients then accepted me when i asked if the sign was right. Worst mistake ever. Pharmacy worker called walk in receptionist over and yelled at him while I was sitting infront of them - extremely unprofessional!! Then i sat in a dirty room with someone clearly unqualified to help medically and waited on a dr via video. Sent for xrays.. And they didnt even call me when they got the results!!! They had my phone number correct but according to policy they dont call customers with results. Then finally told that if Im in pain to go to the Hospital. Worst experience ever. If I could rate this no stars I would. Even the nurses at the xray place said the paperwork was wrong because its 'the downtown clinic'. That should NOT be a reason to excuse incompetance. Id rather go to a walk in clinic in a war torn country then here again. Id prolly get cleaner and better service. Save yourself the trip and just go to the hospital and save yourself the headache this place will cause you!!!!! Fingers crossed they get closed down soon!! Plus I called 10 times to see if my results were in before visiting again... They dont answer their landline ever... So just.. Dont. Nothing about this place is close to worth the headache and utter waste of time it causes people!!!!

I simply am flabbergasted at the negativity of previous reviews. The good and concerned staff there have "saved my sanity" on more than one occasion. I have had immediate tests for my problem. Given a requisition for the wonderful tablets for urinary infection. Given a referral to Life Labs. They sure have a grateful person here. I do not easily lavish praise myself. Here I do.
