I was very pleased with my appointment. The receptionist acknowledged me as soon as I approached and recognized that I had an appointment. The technician was very good. I explained the reason for my visit, my concerns and felt heard and respected. My only note of improvement would be the phone number listed on the website was not the phone number needed to contact the clinic I attended, but the call center i reached was able to direct me where I needed to call.

The front desk staff are so kind and helpful, which seems to be rare these days. I always enjoy going in and seeing their friendly faces. The ultrasound tech I have had is amazing and she always remembers me even if it’s been 5 months. I’m not able to access services there now that I’m with an obgyn, and I miss the quality of service.

They are very forward and honest. Friendly bedside and will work with your needs. Have had nothing but positive experiences with them. For those that say the staff isn't amazing may be because they were not patient or were rude, staff are human too! The staff have gone out of their way to help me even when communicating with doctors. Glad to have them in the Soo.

The admin team called me to confirm my physician referral and to schedule my clinic visit. They were able to offer me a recent cancellation appointment for the same day. On arrival, the staff was professional and courteous. The ultrasound tech was running on time, was very professional, very friendly, and very efficient. All much appreciated. Great experience.

My tech Matthew was amazing! My original tech was running behind so he took pity on me and shifted his schedule to accommodate me last moment. Absolutely amazing bedside manner and a very kind man. Easy to talk to and explained everything step by step. I can't say enough positive things about him. It was the best diagnostic experience I've ever had.
