Every staff member, from reception to the nurse to the provider, were all incredibly helpful and kind. We were there for about 40 minutes and we arrived as second in line, so I imagine wait times can be long-ish, but that is to be expected at an urgent care at times.

Aweful wait. Arrived on Friday with 1 DA, and 1 nurse staffed. SLOW complacent service. It's not there fault! The health management and pharmaceutical companies are at fault! Take charge ALL.

I wish I could give a 1/2 of start and that was just for the NP that treated us. My husband took our son here with our minor child and were denied care because we he had two children citing under the Governors mandate that was not allowed. Instructed him to go to the ER if we needed treatment. I called the Governor’s office and that is NOT the case, provisions should of been made per the Governors office. I left work early to take our son in by myself, I work in medicine not only were we asked the standard screening questions we were asked additional questions to “make sure” we could be seen. There was not one patient in there and they surely were not openly helpful to us. Scary to think you can be denied care in a community with one clinic!!

I usually have a good experience while here. But today I delt with Hannah Eves and she was incredibly condescending and rude. Incredibly unhelpful. I had to call and get her name to make sure i never have the unpleasant experience of dealing with her again. I would suggest if you are planning on going to the walk in clinic, call ahead and make sure you don’t get Hannah Eves. The whole staff besides her was delightful.
