My sister stayed there for 5 days. They never had a little dresser for her stuff or the pink bucket w/tooth brush, toothpaste, comb, soap, washcloth, towels etc that every patient should have set up before they get sent up a room. I had to ask for these things for her on day 3. I had already inquired about these items on day 2 but obviously not important to the staff. Also the curtain was jammed & would not close for privacy. So every day they would leave the door open, throw her blanket to her knees and expose her to everyone in the hall while they gave her shots in her belly. Totally unacceptable behavior by the staff there. I had to fix it myself by standing on her bed w/no help (and I am 60). My sister had a recent stroke so she couldnt speak up for herself. I reported this to the staff and their supervisor. I certainly hope things have changed since then. Worst hospital I have ever been in. I do not recommend this place at all. Staff sucks!

I went to the ER there waited over 7 hours. The nurses there are rude young and unprofessional they don't have a clue of the HIPAA law or how to care for a patient. Best advice I can give you is go to another hospital.

Very disappointed in the emergency room staff, which has been a trend the last few month. Quite entertaining because most of the doctors(at least at this hospital) think they know "it" all, but consult with a specialist that they recommend, which proves them wrong & you can definitely see attitude!! Even the specialist noticed the attitude of the dr's at Port Huron McLaren. Also, I truly don't understand the completely different treatment options, because every dr thinks their way is right, the patient suffers & no one cares about that EXCEPT the patient(& their family). All of these things are contributing to the severe lack of care & treatment throughout the emergency room. Very sad & disappointing

As an avid fan of Mr Meyer's garage Christmas display as a kid, I can Def say the hospital and all the wonderful people who make this Festival of Trees FREE display happen do a close comparison!! This is a truly special experience, esp for kids, to see the train going around and all the beautiful trees,we even got to go inside and a special helper from the North Pole stopped Bear on his way out to deliver a special gift to him a couple days early ❤ ???? ???? bless your heart, we didn't catch your name, but you made his night all the more magical!

Possibly having a miscarriage and they sat me in the waiting room for 3 hours untill i just left. They also had a man come in having a heart attack and they made him wait instead of taking him right back. And a little old lady that just had a seizure and they had her sit and wait.

Some of their nurses need to retake patient care class.took 15min for them to come in after I went to the rest room unattended when I was wearing a fall risk arm band one nurse couldn't get a lv in after two tries told her not to touch me ,the nurse who took the last lv out just ripped the tape off causing my hand to swell cause she pulled the iv open fluid leaked into my vain leaving a large bruise. When I told her she was a little ruff on that she looked surprised. The first 3 iv pokes didn't even bruise. Other then them 2 nurses ..Dr k.Mcfarlane was the best ever.Nice down to earth lady

Sitting in hospital now nd literally had to start attempting to help my daughter myself. I havent seen our her nurse in bout 2 hours. Everytime i open the door to get help noone will help.... my daughter is 6 and came in with a temp of 102.7 and was getting sick everywhere...... after being in hospital for 3 hours i had to check my daughters temp myself with there equipment bc they would not help her.... and now her temp is 103.3..... unbelieveable

Very slow to service u, thought u were there just for pain meds...while ur in pain foreal..never did diagnosis me....it was aweful there☹

I had recent stay here and let me just say I felt humiliated, disrespected, etc they moved slow and when they seen that my situation was serious Is when they decided to actually take action... and for a hospital to not take the patient seriously is BAD business I walked in said what was happening and they gave me the Yeah ok kind of attitude which I did not appreciate one bit I have been trying to get ahold of the hospital and have yet had a reply it’s sat when I’m screaming for a doctor and nobody comes... I AM NOT ON YOUR TIME DOCTORS YOU ARE IN MINE FOR MY LIFE!!!
