Have used their services many times and have always been treated well especially by the reception staff. I have never had to return numerous times to find out what is wrong with my animals. They usually know on the first visit unless we are waiting on some test results. Pricing is reasonable.

I just moved to this neighbourhood and needed a vet close by since my cat hates the car. My cat was badly matted from being older and not being able to take him in for a shave do to covid. They did a fantastic job and he looked so handsome after. Thank you for taking such good care of my old man

Was charged $75 for a script that a previous vet charged $19, and a pharmacy charged $14. Slight mark up I would say. Am done being ripped off.

I went in knowing I would need to put my fur baby down! Everyone in the office was amazing with the entire process. The vet was very honest with me and didn't give me any false hope. The nurse was so sympathetic and so genuine! When my baby had passed the kindness the nurse showed her warmed my heart. She gently wrapped her up and carried her with so much respect. I could not have asked for a better experience for a heart breaking moment.

Worst vet ever. Went there for 315. Waited over 35 mintues to be seen. Then vet comes in looks at my dogs feet. At that time I held my dog shes didnt fight with me or struggle then he comes back in with a muzzle. I told him this isnt going to go well. Sure enough it didnt. Tjats when I said I knew this wasnt going to go Ffing workout. He asks me to leave. Looks like the part pitbull hating veterinarian is back. NEVER going BACK THERE.

I was underwhelmed by my visit. Had to get my dog's bloodwork done for his ongoing chemo treatments in Guelph. Decided to try getting it done locally to save the drive, and the cost was inflated based on my prior experiences at other vets. For my money I didn't even meet the vet. Won't be going back.

I took my 2 dogs into this clinic and the staff wasn't professional at all, the vet was super scared of my 6 month old border collie puppy because he just wanted to jump around and play, which apparently he doesn't like. In my opinion if you don't like animals, don't work as a vet. Plain and simple. I gave them another chance with my cat, which turned out the same, desk staff was also very rude and inconsiderate. Will NEVER take any of my fur babies back here even if it was free. Worst vet clinic I have ever been to....

They were wonderful with my sweet Buzz during her euthanasia. The doctor wasn't personable or kind, but the tech was so lovely, gave me support, and was telling my sweet girl how beautiful she was when she was going. She made a terrible day better and I can't thank her enough.

Despite COVID protocols meaning I have to wait outside while my kitties are inside, I found the service very personable. The prices are also reasonable. The first time I brought my kitties in for their 8 week shots, the vet came out to talk to me and didn't try to push anything on me. He listened to my concerns and respected my observations. I returned for their 12 week shots and received the same kind, considerate service. This will be our vet for life!

What a fantastic place, where caring for animals is the priority. Dealing with them is a delight, the staff is great and the bills aren't padded, with unknown charges. Even after extensive treatment my Pug still is eager to visit. My Lab has had only one visit and it went better than expected. She is very fearful at clinics and the Dr accommodated that fear.

Absolutely wonderful staff that truly care for your pets and listen to your concerns! You are NOT just $$$ (dollar signs) to them because their prices are great for this line of work, and they will work with you! Not many veterinary clinics around that are like this at all! Also, if the vet on duty doesn't happen to have the answer for you, if he just wants a 2nd opinion, he will immediately get in touch with his partner (in the London clinic) for more advice, etc. The ONLY downfall that I have here (and it's the ONLY reason for this review being 4 stars) is that they do not have an ultrasound machine. ???? They will recommend that you go to their other clinic (in London) to get it done (otherwise you would have to go to a "competitor" vet clinic). Overall, I will continue to bring my beloved Persian cats (fur kids) to this clinic, but if an ultrasound is needed, I will stay in town and go to another vet (for the ultrasound only).

Everyone at the St. Thomas Animal Clinic was super nice and respectful, they were also very supportive and helpful when my cat of 17 years passed away. They were able to help me with a short notice and didn’t get upset or rude like other places I will leave unnamed... I recommended them for anybody who is looking for a vet in the area.

Wonderful service. I had an appointment to euthanize my dog in the middle of a power outage. They still managed to take care of my pup. My dog left this world with such tenderness and care even in a difficult situation.

New to town so tried this vet clinic. Right from the get go the clinic was very dirty and there seemed to be NO cleaning of the rooms between appointments. My dog gets very nervous whenever I take her to the vets, and the staff including the veterinarian seemed to have no idea how to handle it. The veterinarian also seemed to be afraid of my dog who is a Mastiff, and didn't talk with me once while he looked her over. I'd recommend anyone who has a bully breed or a dog over 60lbs for that matter to find another vet that respects you and your dog.

They are nice and the service is good but if you have an emergency and don’t have the money for a few days they don’t care about your pet they will let it die . I would know I 5 days to go before I got paid and they turned us away and told me to call back when I had the money. I know they have to make a living but times are tough for everyone and does it have to happen at the expense of a pets life

I absolutely love these people! The love and compassion that they gave us when we had to put down our beloved dog Pixie, to the time and patience they showed us with our other dog Leonidas. They pay attention to little details that would normally be over looked. We will definitely keep going back the kind staff is an extra bonus.

If I could give -5 stars I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR FUR BABIES HERE. We brought my dog In who was bleeding massively from her rear end so we rushed her in and they told us she had just eaten something she shouldn't have she will be ok. They flushed her system and sent her home... the vet closed at 5 and when we got her home shortly after 5 she continued to bleed. We rushed her in again the following morning to hear they were going to do the same thing..... we then brought her to the emergency vet In london to find out that because of this AWFUL UNCARING place. She would need 3 blood transfusions to stay alive long enough to find out what was really wrong. Which was 6000 for just the transfusions. Thanks to this vet we put my poor baby down a day after having her at this vet. DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE
