It's a little awkward sitting in your car waiting. My poor pup has an eye ulcer. I know he's getting great care. I just wish I could be inside with him. Dr Fowler, called me 3 times during his examination and procedure, to give me updates.

This clinic is so good with customer service and love the feedback they give you. We were so worried about having surgery for our elderly dog. They calmed us down and were tremendous all the way through this ordeal. Been using them through two dogs for twenty plus years. They are excellent. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Storey and his team are amazing! My dog is reactive to strangers and dogs she doesn't know but they have accepted her with love and patience over the last 4 years and accomodate her needs. They take their time to talk with me about any issues or questions I have and never rush me out the door. Hands down the best vet ever!

The team at Abbeydale is absolutely fantastic. They answer all the "silly" questions, provide detailed instructions on how to confidently care for your pet and they ALWAYS check in on us a few days after our visit at the clinic. They are like family and we feel lucky to have access to their services and incredible staff.

Now my Mr Gadget has passed away so abbeydale Animal hospital I don't need your help anymore. Nobody even offered to speak to the vet nor explain my situation to him

Most ppl there are nice, but I saw them drag my dog to the back by the neck.. the dog clearly was scared to death and she just continued to drag her! If a dog owner were to be seen on the street doing this, the dog would have been taken away! Plus they charge you too much money, I had a health plan for my dog (that basically covers stupid little things anyways, nothing major) and when I wanted to upgrade the plan, they told me they would retro charge me the difference in plan fees!!! what a joke! The only considerate person there is the actual vet, which you rarely see.... They keep trying to sell you expensive food too... i found a different vet.

Hello readers: I do not get impressed easily, but I have to say I truly was at my visit at the Abbeydale Animal Hospital. From the first step inside, I was greeting by the receptionist even though she was still helping a customer. Smiling and willing to help…it made me and my Minnie very welcomed. Many thanks to our doctor, Dr. Stephanie Guiler. She was very professional, like always, and I feel bad for not taking the time to write a review earlier. We all should do that! It’s for helping others to choose the right clinic for their needs and it helps the clinic to improve if there is need for improvement. Either or, it is beneficial for all of us. Dr. Guiler is very kind and also very thorough, she took her time to explain (not only once  ) what was going on with my Minnie. We went over the necessarily medication and steps and I left the clinic at peace, knowing what to expect from now one. Dr. Guiler was born to be a vet! Many thanks!!
