Rosa mis-guided me about my baby’s lip tie and tongue tie. She said there will be no pain - like cutting a nail. My baby has been crying non stop for hours and is not drinking milk either from bottle or breast. She was bleeding so much. Neither the dentist who Rosa ‘recommended’ informed us about bleeding not she did. They said it will be like a breeze. Now my baby is in so much pain and not drinking at all. We are having to take her to emergency. To make matters worse, Rosa started blaming me that I did not consult her before getting the procedure when she is the one who recommended this awful procedure. I do not recommend this person.

Successfully breastfeeding on demand after numerous factors that almost made me give up! -cesarian birth -low production -2 undiagnosed tongue ties (paediatrician and nurses missed it!!) -loss of confidence from unrealistic regimens imposed by hospital/Clsc nurses -slow weight gain -injured nipple Literally all of these issues resolved after only 2 sessions with Rosa. Beyond grateful for someone who’s aware of how to solve these problems without demolishing the confidence of mothers. She was empathetic and knew her stuff, helped restore my faith! Worth it 100%!! Nothing like peace of mind that my daughter is fed/healthy. ????

I am so grateful to have found Rosa at the start of my breastfeeding journey! My newborn was having slow weight gain and difficulty latching. Rosa diagnosed the problem immediately as a tongue tie and referred us quickly for treatment. She was instrumental in providing me guidance and recommendations to establish breastfeeding including positioning techniques, treating/preventing clogged ducts, and a wealth of other information. I found Rosa through a simple Google search, and so happy I did! Rosa was able to do a home visit shortly after I contacted her for breastfeeding support. She confirmed that baby had tongue and lip ties and referred us to a pediatric dentist for laser revision. Following the revision, Rosa came to the rescue when she knew we needed immediate assistance. Even though she was sick, she offered to hop in the car and drive out (50 mins away) to help us right away, something I’m not sure anyone else would do! Rosa responds promptly to emails and texts. Five stars! Happy to have found someone who gives great service. Breastfeeding is very hard work, if you need help look no further.

I called Rosa at a point when I hade intense anxiety and fear about breastfeeding my twins due to prior unsuccessful and painful attempts, but I was determined to be able to. She met with me right away and was able to identify lip and tongue ties, issues with my pumping routine (eg. wrong flange size), and most importantly assured me that I could be successful and there was no rush. After much work and dedication, I’m able to breastfeed my twins with ease. Rosa is also very kind and encouraging and helps you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities. Immediately after our meeting my stress and anxiety were lifted.

Do not go anywhere else! Rosa was beyond helpful, her service is excellent, and she is very knowledgeable and experienced! During our first session, she evaluated the baby's situation, helped me and baby establish a secure latch, the right breast feeding position, she answered all my questions and concerns and sent me extra material through email.
