This place is so organized and efficient, I love it! I never have to wait long, the entire process is super fast because the directions are clear (regardless of the language you speak) and the employees are wonderfully polite and helpful. Amazing!

Went 2 times, first time arrived at 5:50 am, 15 people in front of me and exited at 6:45 am, second time arrived at 5:30 am and exited at 6:20 am with 6 person in front of me. The system is very efficient, we take a ticket when entering an automated machine, we wait, we are called at the counter and then we will wait in a second room for the blood test. It is new premises therefore clean. Parking is chargeable but first 30 min free so if you arrive early enough no need to pay because you left before 6.30am .. Suis allé 2 fois, première fois arrivé à 5h50, 15 personnes devant moi et sorti à 6h45, deuxième fois arrivé à 5h30 et sorti à 6h20 avec 6 personne devant moi. Le système est très efficace, on prend un billet en entrant dans une machine automatisée, on attend, on se fait appeler au guichet et après on va attendre dans une deuxième salle pour la prise de sang. C'est des nouveaux locaux donc propres. Le stationnement est payant mais premier 30 min gratuit donc si vous arrivez assez tôt pas besoin de payer car vous êtes parti avant 6h30..

This place is just terrible service and god forbid they hear you speak English! You’ve just tripled you already double waiting time to. Very rude when they speak (try and speak) to you. As if you not sick and wasting their time. I mean really, who would wait over 6 hours if they weren’t sick! If I could I’d have this placed shut down. Totally not ever going to come back here and figured a way to have this place investigated for there service toward other speaking language people. I only seen and know of 2 other doctor that are superstars here and they leave at 4 pm. So come in at 8:00am if you need to be seen before 4 pm!
