I have never had an issue here. It has been my go to health center for many years. Professional and accomidating.

Dr Chrysler has pretty well become our family doctor since there are no doctors in the area and my condition doesn't allow me to get around easily. He noticed things in what I said that I hadn't paid attention to and was able to get me to a specialist. Because of him I saw Dr. Bedkowski and caught cancer early before it even started. Dr Chrysler saved my life.

This was one of my best a walk in clinic experience. I didn't have to wait. I walked in at 4 and talked to the nurse( who was very nice ) and she told me to go in the room and wait for the doc. When i entered the room the doctor was already there . He asked all kind of question and asked me to explain my symptoms and then he checked me out. After he told me that I had virus and gave me antibiotic. He also asked if i had any question and he answered all my question nicely. Also he wrote on my doctor note that i missed the exam yesterday and some doctor don't even list in the doctor note that u were sick the day before as well. Thank you and i was out by 4 : 20 with my medicine.

First time going to this clinic and it was a wonderful experience, the receptionist was very nice and patient, I waited about 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Chrysler, he was wonderful, super nice, actually took the time to explain everything to me which most doctors don’t do! He gave his opinions and answered all questions I had with a genuine response. It took about 5 minutes of waiting before I got my prescription from the pharmacy. I highly recommend this clinic! By far the best clinic I’ve gone to in years! I’d rate 10 stars if I could.

My experience tonight was wonderful! We were seen very quickly, within minutes of arrival and the Doctor we dealt with was so informative and helpful. He made our experience one worth mentioning, and I would definitely go back with any problems. Dr. Crysler is absolutely amazing, thank you again so much! After visiting the Niagara Health System on Fourth Ave. only to have a very bad experience where the only helpful people were the Paramedics, and waiting 6+ hours only to be sent away with no concern, this visit to the Minor Emer Walk In Clinic was exactly what was needed. The true help is greatly appreciated.

Went at opening of clinic. They were 10 mins. late to open. Reception is was nice tort me in the front door area to wait inside unroll she got the clinic open and ready to accept patients. Doctor was not personable at all. I said hello and he didn't reply or even look at me just went straight to the computer. Examined me quickly and said I had a cold virus and I'm to just wait it out. He said have a good day at least.

I love that there is a very little wait time........ I want to rate this place low and keep it a secret so that wait times continue to be low. Hahahaha

Terrible! The worst health experience of my whole life. Dr. Crysler is sarcastic and made me felt uncomfortable and unsafe. I do NOT recommend them.

Michael White

Was told to come back in 4 days because Kathleen Wynn would only pay him once to treat my issue. Doctors shouldnt refuse treatment to make a political statement. Recommend finding another clinic.

Pinder Gill

Doctor is very dismissive, disrespectful and didn’t fill my tb test form properly 4 times. I had to keep going back and he probably made money all of those visits.

The doctor sat on his computer remotely checked me out and said I had a viral infection. Didn't tell me what it was specifically, (i think he said it was Ando?) and said i should wait it out. 1 day later literally, and i'm coughing up blood i find out its bronchitis after re admitting myself to another walk in clinic, turns out i was mis-diagnosed and the guy is a PEDIATRICIAN. I asked him about my knee problem that I was having too and he just told me to take an Advil. Watch out for Dr. Chrysler. Dr Yu seems like she might be better worth the wait when shes in.

Same thing I was diagnoised with a year prior when seen by Dr. Yu results were on spot with treatment and antibiotics. Though same symtoms return and unforunately Dr. Crysler tends to feel the need to perscibe me something for same thing I had long ago with a 5% chance rate of working...as he so nicely put it. Well you can be certain I will not be returning and the way you get treated when expressing concerns of your symptoms is being shunned. Maybe ill try to see Yu but no thank you Crysler!

An awful experience! I walked out with a very unpleasant feeling. Since I am a new Canadian resident I haven’t sorted my health insurance and can access only walk in clinics or online and pay for each consultation. I came to see Dr.Chrysler the first time but I had some tests done ( online doctors appointments) so he could have a good understanding what’s going on. He suggested something that I didn’t believe could be the reason for my sickness and asked to refer me to a specialist but he told me that I will wait for 1 year to see the specialist!!! He became arrogant with the smile and I pointed that this is not how I imagined medical services work in Canada, which made him even more arrogant advising how it is done in my country, where I am from and it wasn’t true, which I pointed on. I have lived out of my country for 15 years and I have an international experiences in medical services including SouAfrica and I shall say that I have never had such a bad experience visiting a doctor. Wow! What a shame..

Ladies, I strongly advise against this doctor. I’ve been in twice so far for women’s health related inquiries. He never answers your question and dodges it by using an analogy (for some reason he explains everything using an analogy. I personally want straight facts, not a story). I had to repeat my question, and interrupt him a few times to get a simple answer (ie. what are the common symptoms of this birth control).

Try not to go on a Saturday, it will be so busy and the wait times are so long. Dr. Yu is very good and thorough, partly why the wait times are long but its worth it to have a doctor that cares about your well being. Would definitely recommend, but try to go during the week so that you don't wait for a few hours.

Went in with no wait time which was nice. I had a very bad chest pain and have been coughing uncontrollably, my ears were sore, just to be told “stop smoking weed”. In my 4 years of smoking I’ve never felt like this, it’s a new thing which is why I’m seeking help from a doctor. He listened to my lungs through my jacket and sweater, and told me it would go away in 8-12 weeks and that was that. He was very unprofessional. Paid to go to a separate doctor right after to be told I have pneumonia and they gave me antibiotics and an inhaler.

Went to this place and told the doctor (Dr. Chrysler) that I think I had poison ivy. He said "it's not poison ivy, it's impetigo" and then started typing on his computer for a few minutes. He didn't say anything else and then handed me a prescription for antibiotics. 3 days later my "impetigo" had only gotten worse. I want to a different doctor who told me it was definitely poison ivy and said that doctor is a "kook". Needless to say I definitely will not be going back to this clinic.

It's an awful experience and I strongly complaint doctor Chysler. I took my kid to do the check up and have vaccine shot. He was very impolite. When I greeting him, there was no response and he even didn't have a look at me. He rudely pulled down my kid's mask without any word and no communication with the kid throughout the process. After the vaccine shot, he did not give any Hemostatic measures. My kid was crying and asking for a bandage for several times. He kept silence and sit in front of the computer until I asked if he could provide bandage. Then he came and have a glance, saying , there is nothing. Actually there is a little bit bleed. Then I asked my husband to go to the pharmacy at the other side and bought the bandage ourselves, to avoid wound infection. Throughout the whole process, he did not care my kind's feeling at all, not showing empathy and politeness.

Inattentive and unhelpful. Did not answer questions when asked or give an opinion. Only giving one star because there was no wait.

I went in to get a referral for physiotherapy. Not only was my assessment done in a room that had doors open on either side (completely neglecting confidentiality privilege's) but Dr. Chysler tried to diagnose me with a fibromyalgia! Completely baffled as I have such a direct cause & effect type of workplace injury and he did an assessment in under 5 minutes. He didn't even ask me any standard pain related questions (intensity, frequency, radiation, etc.) but instead tried to diagnose me with a very complicated and scary disorder. Good thing I'm not as dumb as I look. You sir need your medical license revoked, not sure how you still have it after what happened in 2001.

Dr.Chrysler is about a useless as they come

Went to this walk-in before New Years with head and neck pain from a fall. Doc prescribed 3 Advils every 4 hours, without even examining me. Days later I ended up in emerge from a worsening concussion and Advil poisoning

odd to see some of the other reviews. everything seemed fine when i went? was received in a timely manner and the doctor was helpful and supportive. admittedly i do not remember which doctor i got, which seems like it could have something to do with it, but, yeah.

Over two hour wait! Ridiculous for a walk in clinic. Taking patients out of order. Not impressed!!

It takes a lot to compel me into leaving a negative review but this experience pushed me to the brink. In the handful of times I've been to this downtown clinic, I can't say I've ever had a memorably positive experience as far as the doctor is concerned. The receptionist is SUPER sweet and kind so I have no issues with her. She often refers me to the same doctor - Chrysler if I'm not wrong - and I always dread our interactions. In this latest experience, I sit in one of the patient rooms waiting for him and when he walks in, I enthusiastically greet him. He completely ignores me and doesn't so much as acknowledge my presence. He sits at his computer typing, asks me about the reason for my visit and I tell him I'd like to do a covid test in advance of some travel just in case. As he has done in the past when taking my temperature for tonsillitis, he abruptly stands up and without word or warning, pokes a thermometer into my ear. I recoil in surprise but say nothing. Then he takes a long swab from a package and having never researched the covid test myself, I had no idea what to expect but for some reason I assumed the swab would go into my mouth (as might be done for strep throat). I crack a joke about "here goes nothing" and he again completely ignores me. I pull my mask down and open my mouth wide as he approaches me with the swab, and STILL NOT BREATHING A WORD TO ME, he literally thrusts one end of the swab into my left nostril and I immediately jerk backwards not only in shock at not expecting this, but in pain at how far he's pushing the swab into my nose. My eyes water and I clutch his arm because of the pain but he still neither says anything nor seems to acknowledge my clear discomfort and shock. When he finally pulls out the swab, I tell him "a warning would've been nice" and rather than respond, he thrusts the other end of the swab into my second nostril and the whole process of shock and pain begins again. When he's done, my nose is aching and he just turns and sits back down at his computer, the room still dead silent until he hands me a form to give the receptionist and leaves the room. As I hang around the hallway waiting for him to come out again, he finally tells me when to expect my results. I left that clinic feeling so dehumanized, angry, and assaulted. And when he's not completely ignoring you, he's not directly answering your questions, thereby making it so easy to doubt and question him and his diagnoses, which I hate to do because having had a father who was a doctor, I know it takes a lot of hard work and skillful practise to get to a certain level and I would never want to undermine that. But an individual also has no business being a doctor - one of those key professions that requires the most empathy and care - if they can't meet that basic criteria.

Clinic hours posted on every door say that they close at 7 pm. Showed up at 630 and they were closed. Tried calling both of the clinic numbers and no one bothered to answer.

Jennifer Judson

Really awful experience. The receptionist was lovely, no complaints there. The doctor was condescending, smug, and made me feel like an idiot. I left the clinic not getting what I needed, and also in tears.

Pav Vig

DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY! The front desk lady and even the doctor didn't greet me or look at me. I was just ignored unit I had to speak up!
