Was there today for a gastroscopy & it went perfectly. The staff was friendly & Dr. Richardson did the whole job without me feeling or noticing anything. That's far better than what I expected. Everything was explained before and after. I left there feeling great.

I recently had both endoscopy and gastroscopy at the clinic. My experience was good; the staff were efficient and caring. The doctors were fine. However, in the time of COVID, I was not comfortable with their precautions. In the prep and recovery room the patient beds were spaced barely an arms length apart, with curtain in between. The single washroom for patient use was not sanitized once during my 2 hours there. Hand sanitizer was not readily available. Most concerning to me was that the nurses & doctors had ordinary ill fitting paper masks, no N95. One doctor had a full bushy beard under his mask. Though the clinic and people were fine, I was nervous about their safety precautions.

Would highly, highly recommend this clinic for an Endoscopy procedure. The staff were more than accommodating with answering questions, making you feel relaxed etc. The doctor came out and spoke with me after I had awoken and explained her findings and recommendations and answered any questions I had. Can't thank you all enough for your patience and kindness

Fantastic experience. I had an Endoscopy and was really scared about the procedure. I had never had this done. The nurses were really reassuring, kind and patient. I didn't feel a thing and woke up in the recovery room. The Docs are excellent and have a wonderful bedside manner. I was in and out in about 2 1/2 hours. Will definitely go back if I need anything else done.

They had a difficult day there today. I arrived ahead of my 1:00pm appointment to find a completely full waiting room. For 45 minutes, nobody moved. Then a young man, still wearing his hospital gown, came charging out from the back area. He told his waiting partner they were leaving; he had been there since 9:30am, that nothing was happening, that the place was mismanaged. He had arrived on time and had not had his procedure. It was loud and embarrassing. A couple of minutes later, an older gentleman came out , still tucking his shirt into his pants. He, too, told his partner they were leaving. He said he had been there since 10:30 and no procedure. Both men commented on the state of sanitation in the facility. As I did not see that, I cannot attest to their claims. Next thing, the front desk was crowded with patients, asking when they would be seen. Many had been there for some time. One man tried, successfully, to reschedule his visit. There was shouting. The receptionist did her best to answer questions but no answer seemed to appease the crowd. At a guess, four or five patients left without being seen. I waited to see if there was any progress. I finally elected to leave after 2:00pm. It could have been just one bad day, but I have never seen patients get up as a group and leave a clinic. Perhaps there was a good explanation for the long delay and the confusion. It just wasn't forthcoming today.

Staff, doctor and anesthesiologist were great!! No pain nothing they put you completely to sleep and are soo nice! They anwser any questions you have !!! There maybe a little bit of a wait but it wàs fine with me ????

Nov 20, 2018 Front office staff were professional. Medical staff very friendly. Entire procedure went well and very efficient process right from booking an appointment (one week from receiving my Family Doctor's referral) to check-in and procedure.

I would highly recommend Dynamic Endoscopy. Dr Richardson and her staff were all very kind, patient, helpful, and thorough. The whole process is about an hour and a half. The anesthesiologist explained what he was doing and asked lots of questions. (also very kind) The office is very clean, and the staff are following all Covid19 protocols.

As a person who provided a ride, I was very upset when I was lied to about the time, came back after the first time given, to be told another 30 minutes, then again yet another 30 minutes, 3 hours later finally my friend was done, They even told my friend I was not even there yet to get her, meanwhile I was there 3 times

I visited the clinic for an endoscopy and colonoscopy due to stomach problems. While the admin and nursing staff were awesome! They were were very caring and helpful. The doctor on the other hand needs some bedside manners! In giving me my diagnosis I was told that it's not cancer! Yay! However when I asked what the spots in my stomach were and the blockage in my intestines was, I was told they were nothing! Now it's 3 months later and I'm still having problems... going to see another doctor. Not very impressed with this clinic.

I had been there 5 yrs. ago and everything was fine. I was there again a few weeks ago and it was awful the way one staff member was allowed to treat me. I will never go back. He is someone you trust with your life when you are there under their care. The ANESTHESIOLOGIST! . The owner contacted me several days later and asked me to come in to discuss the incident with him so I booked his alloted time on my calendar and would take my own time and money to be there. Then one day before the meeting he cancels on me. I'm instructed he'll call me sometime today or tomorrow. I kept that Sat. open so that weird anesthesiologist would be monitored, disciplined and removed if no change in his behavior was forth coming. The anesthesiologist scared me big time. He acted bizarre and hateful to me as he takes me in for my procedure and then I find out the important position he holds! I was so scared and stressed as my procedure was starting. Horrible experience. No one should go through that treatment.The office manager pulled me into the office after I woke up to discuss. The anesthesiologist said he would 'self reflect' , that's it. I thought Dynamic E was going to handle it and had left it with them until I see the boss has also got a problem with how he handles things within his business. It's too much. I would advise you to shop around for other clinics. There is the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ont.. I can put in a complaint with them. They license the Physicians. No license, no work.They care about that. Just a note to say the front desk persons and the admitting nurse are excellent, caring, compassionate. If they have to endure abusive behavior by this anesthesiologist, and I have reason to believe they are, it should be stopped. It will erode the entire clinic, for one bad apple. A very important one who is responsible to keep you breathing, while you can't do it for yourself, during your procedure. He is dealing with emotional, mental issues. He needs evaluation and monitoring. It is only natural to start questioning how good a job he's doing and be concerned how the 'boss' is dealing with the situation. I am now adding an extra comment one day later. The owner set up a meeting with me and canceled the day before it was due but said he would phone me yesterday or today, instead, to discuss the 'incident' that I experienced at his centre. Well, he never called me. Shows the importance he puts on misconduct by the anesthesiologist at the center he is responsible for. Beware going there. And the poor staff being abused by a co-worker with the owners apparent apathy. Very worrying. Be careful if you go to this clinic. The one star is for the admiting nurse. She was exceptional.And the 2 front desk workers were helpful, co-operative and friendly. That Dr. is just to powerful and important to your safety to ignore his misconduct.

If you have to go for a colonoscopy or endoscopy this is the place to go!! The staff is wonderful! They make uncomfortable procedures as comfortable as possible. I had a Saturday appointment which is awesome when you have to work. Dr. Parekh and his nurse were so nice. My husband was in the waiting room and they invited him in for lunch and cake because they were celebrating a birthday !! Kaseem it was nice to meet you I enjoyed talking to you! ????

Avoid at all costs. Showed up a half hour early for 12:00pm appointment and I’m still sitting in the waiting room at 1:00pm. Very unprofessional clinic. 2:15 pm taking for procedure and done by 3:30pm. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable but whoever manages this clinic needs a class in scheduling
