(Translated) Very unpleasant welcome, they speak with customers in very low voices and they expect customers to speak aloud, added to that the mask and the anti-covid glass barrier which only makes the situation worse, when we work at the reception there are standards !!! Very disappointed with the quality of service (Original) Accueil très désagréable, ils parlent avec les clients à très basse voix et ils s'attendent à ce que les clients parlent à haute voix, ajouté à cela le masque et la barrière de verre anti-covid qui ne fassent qu'aggraver la situation, quand on travaille à la réception il y a des standards !!! After my third kid we had to get follow up tests on an abnormal PAP. The nurses were aggressive, and not patient at all. They didn’t give me a heads up when they started the biopsy or allow me to finish undressing before they barged into the room. Also, when She was done the biopsy she just said, “we’ll be in touch” and left the room. I got dressed alone and left. It was inappropriately impersonal. Parking was hard with little kids along and the clinic can’t be accessed from Tache. Overall a very poor experience. I’m hoping the results are forwarded to my family doctor or someThing.

Updating my 5 star post from 2 yrs ago to include details. Dr. Warrack continues be an amazing physician. He has great bedside manner and an active listener. I never feel the need to ‘advocate for myself’ as he is well informed, extremely thorough, and doesn’t hesitate to investigate issues further. I’ve been going to Dr. Warrack for several years and almost all of my immediate and extended family now see him (as well as echo my thoughts). My previous doctor (she was also amazing) left and referred Dr. Warrack, and I’m glad I took her advice. He’s generally on time, and if he is running late, I imagine it’s due to his thoroughness and he’s well worth the wait. Highly recommended.

I've had the opportunity to consult with several doctors practicing in the St. Boniface Clinic, and the clinic's ancillary staff. 5 Stars to all for your compassion and professionalism. The only difficulty I've experienced visiting this clinic is with the parking. It can be difficult finding a spot in the small lot provided for patients or even off property due to the proximity of St. Boniface Hospital. Sometimes I'm forced to illegally park, but have yet to receive a ticket.

I've never gotten hate mail from a doctor before! Dr. Chris Warrack grow some and tell me in person what you think I have done wrong! Lol seriously it's funny you can't seem to remember things too well. I remember talking to you about that course you offered me,and I told you I'm not sure if I need it? You said I'll set up the appointment and if you go good if not that's ok too. Also if your going to put me in an office with some unknown student Dr. Maybe you should let a person know! I'm not the one who missed appointments with you. Check again I'm sure you'll see it's my wife who has memory problems, not me. I haven't made an appointment with you in some time now! And won't be any time soon I'll go to walk ins as they treat me like a human being. Just because you have letters after your name don't make a person intelligent. Also if she can't take what I said she has really thin skin! As all I said after you refused to prescribe me Tylenol 3 which I told your helper that my addiction's DR. Told you to call him if there's a problem but I bet she didn't even tell you, all I said was "you guy's are too much!". Was that really that bad...I don't think so. Also I heard your new receptionist says this is her first time working full-time. It certainly shows!

Wow. If the doctor(Peter ho) can't figure out the allergy you have you will be asked if you suffer from anxiety. Never have i ever suffered anxieties but I definitely was very angry after hearing that. Good luck using his services if you actually want an answer to your allergies go somewhere else or use Google you have better chances that way.

Receptionist for Dr Barnes isn't too bright. "don't leave me a voicemail to call you back if you don't answer the phones and don't have voicemail!". Clinic needs more available parking spots and why are you making patients pay for parking???? Otherwise great doctors at this clinic.

I'm rather conflicted about this rating. It's not so much about my doctor but about the HORRIBLE website. My doctor is relatively new to the clinic. One would think that if there is a page devoted to new doctors at the clinic, that my doctor would be included on there along with contact information if I want to make an appointment to go see her. You go to Google the clinic to get a main number/switchboard...NOPE! it's an individual doctor's phone number! There are dead Links/404 error messages on the website and absolutely no way to contact the clinic in general. The lack of maintenance and thoroughness on this website is a complete turn off. My doctor on the other hand is pretty good. It's too bad that you can't reach her. I'm sure I'm not the only one to be incredibly frustrated with this website and lack of contact information about her. When you are in pain and want to see your doctor It's ridiculous to have to navigate an awful website only to come up empty.

If you are a patient of the St. Boniface Clinic you will agree how fortune we are to be accepted as patients. The clinic is always clean, professional and has a high standard of patient care. I am very fortunate to have Dr. Jason McElhoes as my physician. He is most definitely one of the greatest assets to the clinic. I would highly recommend St. Boniface Cinic if you are seeking care that is consistently respectful, compassionate from highly knowledgeable physicians.

Couldn't convince me to walk through the doors of this place if I was about to die. Staff is rude and obnoxious and God forbid you question them about their ridiculous policies or they'll become unprofessional, condescending and treat you like a piece of garbage. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go

Dr. Ho was absolutely terrible, I waited super long for my allergy appointment, spent a long time on the questionnaire, and took a half day off work only for him to completely ignore my requests and send me home without doing anything.
