16 days in Cardiac Dept. Great results but at least 50% more unnecessary pain from adhesive tape protocols. Pain greater from this than from the triple bypass they saved my life with. Female nurses don't know what tearing hair out feels like. Male nurses without personal experience as a patient, don't know what tearing hair out feels like. Remember to demand paper-backed, not translucent plastic tape for your bandages. The last half the time, hurt half as much and you can focus on tolerating your original purpose for being there. They don't mean to cause you unnecessary pain. Their training protocol just doesn't teach them any other way. If the pain drug's timing doesn't fit your body, demand a placebo to help you last till the medicine can be given.
