Alvena on the desk refused my medical records which were already approved for release by other staff and my doctor. I needed them urgently for a legal battle. Without even asking for my side of the story, or considering numerous complaints online, the doctor sent me a letter rejecting me as a patient. This was not the first time I had issues with her. She shouldn't be dealing with the public.

If I could give negative reviews I would. I have been going to this clinic for over a year strictly for my thyriod issues. Apparently I'm a "walk in client" not a regular so I cant make appointments to fill my prescriptions, only when I get blood work done. I went in the other day. They didn't have a sign up saying they wernt taking walk ins and only had 1 person in the waiting room. The receptionists working were very rude. Said they had no time. I explained I need synthroid refilled, I need this to function properly. Still rude. Asked if I can make an appointment. Cant cause I'm a "walk in" asked how to make it so I'm not a walk in and the receptionist was nothing but rude to me. Not going to lie, I freaked out on them. I'm in customer service myself and I have never raised my voice until that moment. They were very unhelpful.. I was able to get 5 pills from the pharmacist and went to get bloodwork done so I could make an appointment. They had called me later to tell me the doctor is not in and I need to reschedule. So now I have to go 3 days without synthroid. I need to take this every day or I cannot function properly. I am appalled at the customer service I have received. I just need a prescription filled so I can live and function properly.

I was a walk-in and the receptionist was very polite and helpful. I only waited for 15 minutes to see the doctor, which was quite thorough in examining me . I would recommend Hope Medical Clinic to my friends.

The doctor's there are amazing they don't push pills! They are trying their best to keep up with the demands of patients, there is only 2 of them and they are doing a great job in my eyes. They have helped me get off meds I didn't even need to be on. Both doctors are nice and friendly unless you are not nice and friendly to them. They are only human.

I've come to this clinic for nearly two years and have had nothing but issues since the beginning of 2019. Last month, I went to the pharmacy (on a Tuesday) to get my prescription refilled via fax (which I've done before) and they sent one over to the clinic. I went back two days later (Thursday) around 7pm to pick it up, as that's the maximum it normally takes to get the fax signed. The pharmacy didn't have it and wasn't sure why, so I went over to the office and asked about it. The receptionist told me that she would have it faxed to the pharmacy either that evening or in the morning at the latest. I called the next day (Friday) around 6pm, as I thought I could pick it up after work and yet again, there was still no medication ready. Unfortunately for me, the medication I'm on helps me be a functional human being, so this was becoming rather frustrating as I didn't have any more left. I asked if they could fax it to the office again, and she did. I went in the next day (Saturday) expecting there to be something. There wasn't. I explained my situation to the pharmacist, who helped me out and gave me an emergency refill for the month. She said they'd hopefully fax it back and I could come to pick up my full prescription. It's now June 20, I called the pharmacy asking about it as I'm nearly finished with my current fill. There was nothing. I explained what had happened to the pharmacist and she went to talk to the office. The receptionist told HER that because I was a "walk-in" patient and didn't have a family doctor there (even though I've been seeing them for nearly two years?) that I would have to schedule an appointment or call to talk to them. This doesn't make any sense as Doctor Hamdi told me the last time I saw him in person (roughly around February) that I could just have the pharmacy fax over my prescription and he would sign to get it refilled. I would only need to see him every six months to ensure my medication was still working. So, that's what I did. Quite frankly, I'm really frustrated. I pretty much work the same hours as the clinic is open, so it's extremely difficult for me to make an appointment to get a simple refill. Considering I had to find out THROUGH the pharmacist that I wouldn't be able to get my refill, I'm actually astounded. This should have been brought to my attention the last time I was in there and had a month to prepare for it or book an appointment. I thought I could have these three months to schedule an appointment. In all honesty, you need to figure out how to communicate to your patients whether or not they're actual patients at your clinic or simply just "walk-ins." Never have I been asked if I had a family doctor there. I've always been asked if I've been to the clinic before, and the answer is always yes. TLDR; I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with the lack of communication between this clinic, their doctors and receptionists, and patients.

I have been going here for a few years now and Dr. Hamdi along with all the staff I have dealt with have been kind, caring and super helpful. Dr. Hamdi is excellent, ask lots of questions and is always receptive to my own questions and concerns. This is light-years better care than I have been accustomed to at previous clinics and a big relief when dealing with health issues to know someone has your best interest at heart. I wholeheartedly recomend the clinic if you can get in. I hope everyone has similar excellent care available to them.

I was wanting a new doctor after my old family doctor was indifferent and out right rude to me over concerns I frequently brought up, Eljorani is a wonderful doctor. She listens to concerns and is friendly. If you don’t mind waiting 20-45 mins every time you make an appointment because they’re running behind (every scheduled appointment) or showing up to be told reception didn’t schedule you in, I would recommend Doctor Eljorani. Too bad she doesn’t work out of a more efficient clinic with skilled reception.

This is a great clinic filled with caring doctors who genuinely listen. However I don't recommend this clinic if you need to be seen urgently for something like a bladder infection, or time sensitive issues. They are usually booked for weeks, and its impossible to see your doctor for at least 5 days. They are very quick however with prescriptions, refills, and the doctors care about mental health just as much as physical.

Dr. Hamdi is amazing and so is the staff! He is thorough and on top of your file.! He’s not only extremely compassionate but so kind! He contacts you and refers you to a specialists immediately, as well as, getting you to do the appropriate tests as soon as possible. He’s the kind of doctor I have searched to have for years! I am so extremely grateful he took me on as his patient.

Dr. Hamdi is wonderful, he is usually not too difficult to get an appointment with though I have noticed he is getting busier now, but he has walk in availability. He doesn't push medication, is thorough and thoughtful. English is good and is easy to understand. Front desk isn't great but my interactions with them are typically short so it's manageable.

Dr Eljorani is an amazing doctor with professional bedside manner. I was treated as a person, friendly, welcoming, listened to my concerns and straightforward which I appreciate. I had a pleasant experience with the front staff and they were very helpful. Two of my friends went to see this doctor and they were happy as well. I would recommend this clinic. Thank you all !

Ive always hated going to the doctor, but I love going here. Dr. Sana Eljorani is not only a wonderful doctor, shes a wonderful person. She is very thorough and actually cares about getting results for whatever problem you have. The receptionists are very nice as well. The place is clean, the hours are good and its inside of london drugs. So you frequently get to check out the sweet deals in london drugs on the way to and from :) Id highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love the two physicians here. Dr Eljorani IS very sweet and thorough. She is a fantastic family doctor. Her Nurse Practitioner is a great patient advocate as well. One receptionist is amazing and the others really not professional, knowledgeable or kind at all. It’s too bad because otherwise the docs are really exceptional

The doctors and nurses are phenomenal and have amazing patient bedside manner. I have been very pleased once I am in a room. However the front staff are incredibly rude, offer little assistance and lack empathy. It would do them well if they considered patients require friendly assistance and keep in mind patients could have a lot of worries. I find them terrible to deal with and they do not provide the patient care you would hope to see at the first point of contact when needing to seek medical assistance. It is a shame the great doctors are prefaced with that representing them.

I was seeing Dr. Eljorani, as my previous family doctor had retired and since I get my prescriptions at London Drugs I though It'd be convenient. I will never set foot in that office again! The receptionists are not only rude, but I personally watched and overheard them as they snickered and rolled their eyes after speaking to an elderly lady who was just inquiring about something! Though even worse is Dr. Eljorani herself, who seems to be always pissed off and carrying a giant chip on her shoulder. She will not hesitate to tell you that if you don't agree with something that you will be removed from her patient list. Don't waste your time at this clinic.

I started as a patient when the clinic first opened up. Everyone was warm and welcoming, especially Dr Eljorani. However, since then, she has gotten too busy that she rarely ever sees her patients herself and pushes them off onto her nurse practitioner, even if you specifically ask to only see her. The front staff for the most part are rude as well and definitely not helpful. At this point I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

I had two experiences with Dr. Hamdi. The first one is when I bought my 15 month old son in as we could not get an appointment with his pediatrician for that day. I thought it would be best if I just saw a doctor that day and followed up with the pediatrician at a later date. When I did follow up with the pediatrician he indicated Dr. Hamdi prescribed the wrong medication for my son's ear infection. I decided I would see Dr. Hamdi again, this time for myself for a dermatologist referral. I was the first appointment of the day and he ran late and spent about 2 minutes with me. Instead of focusing on the current issue, he was asking questions about my prior doctor and why I hadn't received help before, even though I had told him I dealt with skin issues for about 12 years and thought they would resolve on their own. Since they have not, I decided it was time to seek assistance from a dermatologist. I felt my concerns were being minimized. My family and I will not be returning to this clinic.

This clinic was convenient for me but i will never go back here unfortunately the stuff front desk is so so rude and patient always have to wait for the dr hours but i was a bit late for my appointment the front desk stuff said i am late for my appointment i should book for anther day because the nurse is busy all day there was only 2 people in their clinic. They don’t even deserve one star but it doesn’t let me do with out star.

Dr. Eljorani is a great family doctor. She's very warm and welcoming, but also straight-forward which I appreciate. She doesn't hesitate to look into issues, send you for tests and investigate symptoms that aren't improving. I never feel rushed when I see her, she takes the time to listen.

Receptionists are EXTREMELY rude and incompetent- and I don't say that a lot! Great deal of miscommunication between the staff, it takes me by surprise every time they give me attitude! (Last conversation I put one of the receptionists on speaker phone to show my family how rude they are to me and their jaws dropped!) Very disappointed with how they think they can treat and talk to other human beings... My whole family will now be going elsewhere unfortunately, which is a shame because the location was so good for us:(

Unfortunately the doctor is not thorough and mis diagnosed my child without even listening to his chest. When I inquired again to talk to the doctor about it after thinking it over for a few mins and it not making sense the receptionist was plain rude and gave me a wait time of 40 mins when myself and one other person were waiting (took 10 mins to see her the first time) so I decided to just leave and go get another opinion because my motherly gut instinct knew she was wrong. If the doctor cannot differentiate between pneumonia and strep throat you simply aren't qualified in my opinion. I will never go back.

Dr.Eljorani is consistently late, rude, and cuts you off mid sentence when you are trying to describe the reason you came in. I started seeing her wonderful nurse practitioner and she leaves at the end of the month. I called to see her one last time and Dr.Eljorani basically had a temper tantrum and told me no I can't see her, and because I preferred the nurse practitioner over her, I should find another doctor. She then proceeded to hang up on me and didn't let me say a word.

Had a meet & greet with Dr. Eljorani and it was the worst experience of my life. First of all the receptionists are very rude both over the phone and in person. When I got into the room and waited for the doctor to enter I felt judged the entire time and when discussing a "health plan" she went against my wishes and basically told me what to do. Afterwards she had no problem informing my mother of some things she was concerned about in regards to my health.. which is against the law, discussing confidential information of a patient over the legal age. I will never ever go back there and I will advise everyone to stay away!

Dr Hamdi is easy to talk to and great at properly diagnosing issues. He seems to really care about his patients and goes above and beyond to help them. The front desk, as mentioned can be a bit of a mess but they try their best.
