The longest vet appointment I have ever experienced. Appointment was at 3:30, and am finally leaving at 5:20. I was able to write this review with all the spare time I had waiting for the vet. They kept me waiting 20 minutes for my appointment. Then did a test on my cat which according to the vet was supposed to take 15 minutes to interpret. I ended up waiting for the results for 35 minutes. Everyone is very nice and helpful. But don't go here unless you have over an hour and a half to wait.

I've been taking my rodents to Erin Ridge for over a year now and can finally say I have a vet I trust. Dr. Lauzier is incredibly knowledgeable on their unique challenges and has genuine respect for the animals. The other staff are always friendly too and after many appointments we've always had only a couple minute wait. Even though now I have to wait in the car thanks to COVID-19, I'm never worried because I know the rodents are being treated with compassion. Thank you Erin Ridge vet :)

You can feel that they realy care about you and the health of your pet... They always give me the support and advices I need for my pets. Love this place. Caring I have been using Erin Ridge for several years, I have a chronically ill dog and they have been very good to us. I am very protective of my fur babies and with Covid you cannot go in with your pet. I'm not sure I would trust anyone else enough to leave either of my babies in their care.

Dr. Jackson is phenomenal. I've taken my monitor lizards a few times for checkups and because of respiratory infection and he was able to help quickly. The receptionists are very friendly and professional and definitely like to be kept up to date on their patients. They called me a couple weeks after to checkup and see how my reptiles were doing. There is free parking out front and they are also close to Costco and Pet Smart (if you need some pet supplies). Overall, always a good experience. Can be a bit pricey sometimes though.

My dog had a severe reaction to vaccines this morning and our regular clinic had closed. They took us in at a moments notice and were amazing. I would recommend this clinic in a heartbeat and I'm so thankful they were there to help us through today!

We have been using Erin Ridge Vet since September 2018 for our dog. They are very thoughtful and patient with our dog, who can be nervous during visits. They suggested coming to the office during dog walks so our dog would get pets and treats to associate the clinic with positivity. This was in preparation for her spay surgery, which went very well!!! Thank you for working with us and Scout to be comfortable!

I brought my dog here a few days ago, best experience I have ever had at a Veterinary office. I had to get some shots done in a hurry and they got me in right away. Dr. Jackson was extremely caring and patient. My previous vet would muzzle my dog, here they saw she was nervous and timid, so they took the time to gain her trust. You can really tell everyone who works there really care about animals.

Dr. Lauzier was fantastic! She was very friendly to my chameleon Elton and I on our first visit here. She treated my boy as if he was one of her own... He wouldn't sit still so she just let him climb up and down her shirt and onto her head haha. Explained everything to me in detail with what she was noticing about my chameleon. She offered a load of options for me with my budget as well as options I had when I could round up more money (being a student full time makes bills difficult). Overall the staff were all very welcoming and friendly and all took the time to make sure I was 100% in loop with what was going on. Would reccomend this place to everyone!!! Cheapest vet I've found who gives great customer service and deals with reptiles!

Today I had to do the one thing all pet owners dread, I had to say good bye to my cat who meant the world to me. I was very fortunate to have 19 great years with Jasmine and it ripped my heart out when the time came to say good bye. The staff at Erin Ridge Vet were super kind and compassionate and after spending my last minutes with my sweet girl, I gave her over to Brandy and knew immediately Jasmine would be treated very well up to the end. Thanks again for making something so painful a little easier and thank you Dr. Dodd for doing such a great job looking after Jasmine.

A fantastic, caring, kind and compassionate staff. Professional and knowledgeable Veterinarians (as well as caring, kind and compassionate). I have English Bulldogs so I'm no stranger to the Vet. clinic. I recommend Erin Ridge Vet. Center to anybody who asks me if I know a good Vet. in St. Albert or North Edmonton and sometimes I recommend them even if nobody has asked! :^)

Great experience. I called in with a concern about my guinea pig, and they were able to see him with very little notice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Booked an appointment for a procedure later that day and when I explained what I needed to have done on my dog they told me they could do it. When I got there the vet looked at my dog and told me I need the same procedure I booked her in for but that she didn't have time that day so she said I might have to go somewhere else. They then proceeded to charge me an examination fee for 10 mins looking at my dog after telling me they don't have time to fix the problem. Very bad experience. I wish I would have gone to my previous vet originally

I truly can’t thank Dr. Buisman and her team when it came to having to say goodbye to our beloved boy on Saturday may 8th, the team at erin ridge vet was so accommodating and respectful and truly just amazing. I truly takes the right person to be in the shoes they are in and everyone at works at erin ridge vet deserves to be there. Thank you for allowing us to spend every last minute with our boy before we had to say goodbye.

The staff is friendly although I’ve only talked to one girl. The others stay in back. I’ve never met the vet even though I’ve been here twice. I’d like to know why they can’t afford a receptionist so if the pet owner has an issue while waiting they can talk to someone. My cat sounded like she was in distress for a simple visit. I know she would’ve been calmer if I was in the room with her but I was never given the choice and nobody in front to talk to. I don’t think I’ll be back here.

The worst communication and total lack of respect, I was dismissed and hung up on and told I was not a patient there. When I called back and reinforced I had an appointment confirmation and was outside waiting she told me it was rescheduled for a week later. They rescheduled my appointment twice without approval. When I said I was frustrated and to cancel all of my services the receptionist said “Good for you” and hung up on me.

Don’t waste your time or money. After a year of unsuccessful diagnoses we have taken our dog elsewhere and are achieving results. Their “know it all” approach leaves little room for discussion and impacts their ability to successfully diagnose ailing pets and support concerned pet owners.
