This place is a joke, the management needs a reality check , they never have any consideration for no one they dont care about anything but them selfs and they treat people poorly. I will never ever put any more of my family members in the place ever again had nothing but bad experiences i dont even want to give one star

My Mother is in Youville and seems to be getting less than attentive care. She can barely lift a teacup yet has fallen out of bed twice breaking her hip and now her ankle. Not to mention all the other falls in their care, without breaking bones. I've taken pictures of infected bed sores on my mom's ankle that are 3/4" wide and essentially a hole! How can this happen, how long a period is she neglected?! They won't return my calls or letter to explain and I don't know where to turn to help my Mother. I'm heartbroken that I can't get help for her.

absolutely terrible would not wish that on my worst enemy 4 years ago my uncle almost died at youvile we got him out bruised all over they said he had fallen but it didn't look like it it looked like he was beaten he died 7 days later from his injuries

They have an awesome pet therapy program. It is nice to see the furry paws bring a smile to the residents and the staff. Research shows that pet therapy works for the body, mind and soul. The volunteer coordinator who over sees this program deserves kuddos.

My mom is quite happy theire she is well taken care of she loves the staff and she is a parapelegic.

Reviews says it all! Staff put the seniors disabilities as their excuse for not doing there jobs. Managers should take care of this manner. My only day off is saturday so i try to spend with my mom as much as i can. I got there at around 1 pm. Talked, cleaned her up because she was dirty and smells (who knows how long) at around 5:30 pm she was hungry so i ask one of the staff if there was snack or dinner was ready for her, she said she didnt see any. She said shes going to ask another staff about her food. Long story short, apparently someone came to room and offer my mom food or if she wanted to eat and my mom said no apparently. I told her i was with her the time talking and watching tv nobody even came or check on her the whole time. It's very frustrating. Sometimes they any show up when the seniors have visitors to show them that they are there and actually cares. The place is nice and clean but very bad caregiving. I dont usually do reviews to any place i go to but this bad for this seniors.

A staff name Diane who works here. Takes pictures of kids, their parents, & their vehicle outside the adjacent daycare. When I approached her she told me to mind my own business.

It seemed like a very nice place to start with but, as time went on, my dad was given less and less care and attention. He didn't ever want to get out of bed but he was supposed to be up for meals, per doctor's orders. This didn't happen after the first month or so. When I finally moved him closer toe he had very bad, black bedsores.

The staff is 1st class!!! Caring, compassionate and dedicated! The facility is also spotless. We thank them for all the help and care that they provided.

Reviews absolutely say it all...................I am so thankful that our mother's stay was short at Youville as if she stayed any longer, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be with us today. This place is horrible!!! Management really needs to be more involved to see what’s really going on in this place. I am so glad that we removed our mother from Youville and place her in a more compassionate, well organized, professional, clean, Long Term Care site. I would not recommend Youville to anyone.
