It's amazing that we have a center just for our health. I am so thankful for our health care system. I have had abnormal cells and got really scared I almost had cancer but thanks to this department I was able to get the treatment I needed to avoid it developing into cancer. Dr. Jabs was the one who did all my testing and procedures and I am so thankful we have a female doctor in charge of our health.

I’ve been at the hospital since 9:55 am (it’s now 1:05 pm). I waited 30 minutes for blood work to be done, another 30 minutes for my ultrasound, and then another hour and thirty minutes for my follow up at the Women’s Health Centre. After an hour of waiting, I asked the receptionist, “I’ve waited an hour, what’s going on.” She comes back to me and says, “Oh the radiologist hasn’t typed up your report.” Oh!! So I’m missing my University class which I paid for because your staff don’t want to do their jobs. That is so wonderful. I could go more into detail about my “visit”, more like nightmare, at the Womens Health Clinic with Dr. Jabs last week, but I’ll save that for after my results. All in all the staff are incompetent, insensitive, tardy, and lazy.

The nursing staff and doctor were very professional and caring during the visit. From start to finish, they answered our questions and made sure we were looked after. Only issue was the extensive wait times between appointments; what should've been a half day procedure turned into a full day of appointments simply because there was excessive waiting in between. Overall, great clinic and great staff.

The ladies in the clinic were SO helpful. I have high anxiety and they made me feel very comfortable. They were very quick for a busy hospital, and Dr. Theil was great as well. I was in and out within a few hours.

Staff and doctors are incredibly insensitive and provide nothing even resembling compassionate care. Only the most basic, cheapest possible care is given. Patients are just a piece of paper with checkboxes that need to be filled out to get the file closed. Health care isn't free, we pay for it with every dollar we make and every dollar we spend. You wouldn't be able to tell that at this clinic. What is the point of creating this "special clinic" that provides patients with no support and no actual medical advice at all
