I've always gone to them, and they truly care. They never questioned the pain I was reporting in my hip and, when it didn't go away with physio they referred me to a Specialist in town. They've always been great and patient with me during appointments. I would highly recommend my own Family Doctor (Dr. Metcalfe) and the Associate Medical Group both at Bower and downtown at their offices.

Excellent doctors who truly care. It is a walk-in clinic, so expect to have quite a wait to get in. However, once you are in, the doctors treat you with respect and you don't feel like they are rushing through the exam.

Went in to walk in clinic, was prescribed medication that didn't work the first time I was there. Was in and out within 4 minutes without any care from the doctor. Went back to see family doctor and the nurse was beyond rude, absolutely no care of what she said
