Very positive experience. My children and wife have been seeing Dr. Ojadi for almost 3 years now. He is very professional and light-hearted. In my opinion, one of the best doctors I know of in town. Yes, he might be very busy but he gets the job done. The receptionists are also quite friendly and overall a very inviting atmosphere. Keep it up, Springs Family Walk-in clinic!

By Far the best Dr's around. Took the time and shows compassion to my children for all their elements. Walk ins are not long to wait. Highly suggest if you want a family Doctor to see Dr Jo.My kids are very comfortable around him.

Dr. Jo and the reception are always professional and polite. They are kind and understanding and work with you as best as possible. Dr. Jo listens and cares about you and your family. People need to comprehend they are very busy and not come in with 10 problems and expect they have hours to go over it all - make an appt for that! If you walk in typically the wait times are very minimal - at my old Clinic in Clearview you would wait 1-2 + hours for a walk in and wait extensively EVEN if you had an appt! Just too long! Great improvement here! Thanks to all Drs. and staff.

I've been seeing Dr Ojadi for over a year now. I have never had any problems getting in to see him. Love the walk-in option from 4-445. For those things that pop up, it's very convenient. He's very kind and helpful. The office staff is fantastic as well.

When your building is named a walk in clinic you should be accepting walk in patients or maybe change the name dog your practice.

My husband and I have been patients of Doctor Ojadi for many years . We love him and all his staff. They are so very kind and really care about there patients. Doctor Ojadi saved my life when i went to see him he knew exactly what was wrong and had me in hospital in surgery within hours. Cant thank them enough.

Dr Jovita Ojadi at Springs Walk In and Medical Clinic was incredibly hurtful, bigotted, and insensitive. I went to see him for a family doctor intake, with my own network of doctors for my personal medications, for simple general care, joint pain, full physical, basic practices that any doctor can and should do. These are care that is the same for any human being. It just happens that i am a transgender female. He refused me care solely on the basis of my gender identity. I asked him to do nothing but basic care, and he denied me based on precriptions i have that are dealt with through the proper endocrinologist procedures and doctor. He made me feel embarassed, sub human, and unworthy of care. His body language, tone, and manners were VERY unfitting and unprofessional. He commented that he will not help "my kind of people". I was taken down from a human with needs to nothing but a broken "transgender". I do not recommend him. I left in a worse mental state after seeing him. His clinic was very kind and helpful tho. Receptionists get the one star review. I will be sharing this among other communities to discourage LGBT people from putting themselves in harms way seeking help from him.
