Front desk woman is absolutely incompetent. They answer the phone 1 in 10 times on a good day. Very hard to schedule an appointment. Extremely long wait times to get in if an appointment ever gets booked.

It's the only Psychiatry clinic in Red Deer, so yes the booking times are a long time out. The building is a little old and showing it's age. The doctors and staff have been wonderful.
