Was a couple minutes late due to GPS taking me wrong way and I did call ahead to tell them the issue . Upon arrival I was asked to fill out a questionnaire for pain .....well I dont know what questions about if I was incarcerated or if I attended AA has to do with my pain to start with .. Then after being in the office for 20 - 30 min He come out and informed me I was 45 min late and he would not be helping me and informed me he was charging me 100$for being late .. I do not recommend this place as pain and suffering is hard enuff and there is no room for an arrogant doc to add more stress
