The staff here are knowledgeable and so calming and helpful especially in a fur baby crisis. They take very good care of both my babies, cat and a dog. The vet is kind and patient and they do their best to stick to your budget as best they can. You are the best vet in town!

I have taken all 3 of my pets here and am a regular client here. My dog became very sick (Nov.30) and I called to make an emergency appointment for the next day- I was told they do not keep emergency time slots available and my first available appt. would be in January- of course by this time my poor dog would be dead by then.... I will not revisit this clinic.

I had a 1 star review because of the charge of my dogs nails being done. Was charged 57.22. Due to rise in cost and extra person charge. I am here to give a new review with 5 stars because the vet that we normally deal with (Bianca) phoned us to discuss our experience. She told us it was a mistake in the charges and had given us a credit to our next visit. Bianca is 5 stars any time we deal with her. So that is why i put 5 stars. I will only deal with Bianca in the future because she cares about her clients. Thank you Bianca for making this right

Bianca is very unprofessional, and rude. She seems to pretend to know a lot more than she does, which seems to be resulting in the death and illness in many peoples pets including 2 different incidents with my pets. 10/10 go to quesnel vet instead

I called and asked for advice on what to do with my animal that ate something they shouldn't have. The vet asked to speak to me and didn't disclose there was gonna be a fee for it. They sent the bill 2 months later i called to complain and they have said they dont want me as a client because i refused to pay a fee that wasn't disclosed to. Which the actual the broke the vet code of conduct for bc in not disclosing the fee.
