(Translated) Best healthcare experience EVER! Prénato answered me quickly on messenger on a weeknight even though it was closed! Then the operator who made my appointment was friendly and took the time to explain everything to me over the phone. Having waited nearly 4 hours for my dating ultrasound at the CHUL in the fall and in the context of the covid holiday season alert, I found it hardly reassuring to go private, especially since now there are a private clinic that accepts to do morphological ultrasounds in Quebec City! :) at Prénato, it's so clean and I went on time! Very good service, very friendly staff! I was even able to do my gender reveal the next day with the photos in hand, no waiting! :) This made my holiday season happy, 5 star service! Ensuite la téléphoniste qui a pris mon rendez-vous fut sympathique et a pris le temps de tout m'expliquer le fonctionnement par téléphone. Ayant attendu près de 4h d'attente pour mon échographie de datation au CHUL en automne et dans le contexte de l'alerte covid du temps des fêtes, j'ai trouvé ça guère rassurant d'aller au privé, surtout que maintenant il y a une clinique privée qui accepte de faire les échographies morphologiques dans la ville de Québec! :) chez Prénato, c'est tellement propre et j'ai passé à l'heure! Très bon service, personnel très aimable! J'ai même pu faire mon gender reveal le lendemain avec les photos en main, pas d'attente! :) Cela a fait mon petit bonheur du temps des fêtes, service 5 étoiles! Je recommande fortement! :)
