Slow af.. 3hrs and counting to get an x-ray done and checked, but doctors and other staff are great. Just slow.

This is the second time I have found myself here. Not for me, but for my loved ones. It is worth the 2 hour drive from Noth Sydney. Staff are super helpful. Too bad the Regional is in such distress. Wait time here measured in minutes. Regional = + 15 hours or longer.

I visited this hospital twice during the past 3 months, and it was for a CT scan, and both times I did not wait more than 3 minutes, the staff are very friendly, excellent service

Showed up at 6am looking for a quick prescription. Place was empty. Registered then waited for 5 hours before leaving empty handed. Useless.

We were travelling out east from Ottawa and ended up at the emergency at the Inverness Hospital. I have never experienced such amazing service, thorough testing and wonderful staff and all so quickly and efficiently. Best emergency room service ever!

Hard to believe this hospital is in Cape Breton. Amazing staff, very thorough, quickest times. I have a fear of The Regional Hospital because it’s a disaster. I will drive 2 hours to Inverness any day of the week for my healthcare! Great Hospital. Good job
